The groundfloor consist of main large room for living and dining, the kitchen which is opened and leant-to it, a bathroom and staircase for up-floor in between. The main room comes out to large south terrace. Kitchen has Its separated entrance. Upper floor is loft with 3 badrooms and bathroom. There's a small balcony that belongs to two south rooms.
Right behind the external door exit is placed 1 covered parking place.
The sea coast is aprrox. 80 m far, the big shingle beach with pebbles is nearby too, just around the corner. The beach is clean, not over crowded, parly shadowed with trees. The sea is very clear and clean.
Eventually, the highlights are proximity to the clean sea, peacefull neighborhood, amazing view and above all the unity and compoundness of house with natural environment that surounds it.
Notice:the only inconvenience (if it is so) may be the passing of the guests to a little house below. They have permission only to pass by from parking place to their residence using the eastern outdoor stairway by side. But usually, it happens rather rarely.
For those among us who are seeking for or yearn after peacefully, quietly, undisturbed stay, out of city crowd and noise, hearing
only birds singing and murmur of wavelets, that's the right place.
So I'd strongly recommend this accomodation particulary as for families with children or for couples so for those who need time-out between business or private obligations, both for weekly season vacations or monthly as a longer out-season stay on Mediterranean.

When you'll arrive, you will meet me, someone of my family or my agent who works in nearby, in village Stanići.
You'll obligatorily contact me or my agent at least a few hours before your arrival or expacting arrival time.
Whoever of us meets you, will deliver you the keys and give all neccessary or additional explanations and informations about the place.
For any need due to your stay me or my agent will be at your disposal. You'll have contact phones & mails for each of us.
House is placed in residental area, surounded with other, to a greater extent seasonal residental properties. It's located under the main road D8, second row from the sea.
The nearest urban center is a little Dalmatian town Omiš, 6 km long from here. There's a village Stanići about 800 m far to the west, too. Split, 2nd the bigest town in the state is 32 km far to the west, arroundly as town Makarska to the east. They are all situated at the sea coast connected with main road D8.
As it's a residental area, out of urban center, so there is no particulary urban attractions nearby. Instead of it's a natural sea coast environment.
There's a little market Studenac 300 m to the east, and a restoran Ljetni san, just over the road.
Getting around
You can walk to above mentioned market and restoran. If you walk by the sea to the west after few houndret meters you'll reach hotel. Due this walking you'll be passing by and through amazing old pine forest and pabble beaches.
For visiting any closer local or farther regional attractions you'll need to use a car. Nearest are in Omiš, and particularily natural attraction is canyon of river Cetina with bewildering scenery.

How to get there
Dear guests!
The adress is: Čelina (Ruskamen), street: Zavode II 36, GPS coordinates: 43.410861; 16.742453.
On Google map perhaps it will not show you exact location but the same-name, old village Lokva Rogoznica up in the mountain.
We are located under the main road marked no. 8 on maps, between place Čelina and Ruskamen.
Best to find location, if you zoom it on map: you turn from the main road no. 8 on a bend to the side of a sea (wheather you are coming from east or west direction) where is a panel with note "Villa Bose " and "Villa Mika". You can stop there, and go out of the main road right on a bend.
Than turn sharply to the right, down by the concrete path (be carefull, it's a big slant!) cca 150 m stright way down, right to the very end of a big parking place. You will see our eastern outdoor entrance - green door with surname and adress above.
Your parking place is 1. one to the right, in the corner of covered parking.
For exact orientation on Google map you will see note for "Villa Mika" (not "Mira" which is close to!) in nearby, western from mentioned road marks. These are our 1. neighbours to the east. Warning: our house is not visible from satelite because it is sheltered with pine trees and oak.
If you are traveling with GPS you'll find it, if not or any problems apears in midtime here's my textual description.
I persume you will be most of time driving by the highway, so when you come close to town Split you have a few alternatives:
1. if you want to go longer by the sea side you will turn on gate no. 25 "Dugopolje" that leads over Split, through Omiš and cca 6 km after you will see mark on a bend for mentioned camp, villa and boat where you have to turn down right.
Warning: This way is very crowdy during summer!
2. if you want to escape the crowd turn on gate no. 27 "Blato n/C or even less crowded no. 28 "Šestanovac".
If you turn on 27 you will go partly by the canyon of river Cetina (very impressive) and come to the Omiš and further as I told by main road no. 8.
If on 28 you will drive by local road untill the sea suddenly will apear (astonishing sight from hight!), than go down, at the crossroad turn to the right (back to the west), go by the main road cca 8 km, driving untill you see marks on your left. 300 m before you will pass by the hotel "Sagitta" on your left.
