Thank you so much for sorting us out, Sian and Peter! Although we have stayed for only one week before we move elsewhere on Montserrat we don’t want to leave! The accommodation has proved to be very comfortable and homely, with every minor detail thought out …. and we love the care and thought that has been put into all aspects of the furnishings. Home for home! We really have managed to recharge our batteries and the pool and the views have been real bonuses, as is the leisurely stroll down to the amazing Woodlands Beach. We will be back!!

Min-y-don hangs over the cliff above Woodlands Beach, the waves are the soundtrack to each beautiful day and peaceful night. The location means there are cooling breezes at all times. There is a large well maintained pool with plenty of sun-loungers for sun or shade bathing ! The apartment / house is bright, clean, airy, and very comfortable. There is a very well equipped kitchen and space for dining inside or out. The hosts, Sian & Peter, are charmingly friendly and extremely hospitable... and great fun too, but respectfully leave you to relax in your own way. They have a wealth of information about the island - should you wish to ask. The sunsets from the terrace - cannot be beaten and we generally ensure we are home for 6pm to catch them from the deck. We hope to return.

I cant imagine a better place to stay in Montserrat! 180 degree ocean view from my spacious private apartment - lush exotic palm trees, fabulous pool, full kitchen, immaculate, comfy bedrooms and only a short stroll to a secluded beach. Owners are the perfect combination of friendly, knowledgable and respectful. An incredible value in the Caribbean! In fact I was disappointed to return to Antiqua. Cant wait to get back to Montserrat and Min-y-Don. Ill stay longer next time!

We set out to find a peaceful, out-of-the-way, comfortable place to spend a week. Boy did we get it right! Peter and Sian are delightful hosts - we so enjoyed them and their home. We stayed in the apt. below with all the amenities (and some treats, too). We truly enjoyed melting into the serenity of sitting out on the veranda with a drink and some nibbles watching the pelicans glide by, the bananaquits flit through, and listening to the waves roll in. The island is wonderful, the people are so friendly, it feels absolutely safe, and you can create an adventure if you want to! Highly recommend Montserrat and Min-y-Don!

Min-y-Don offers the breathtaking view of the oceans, the sounds of crashing waves 24-7 and the songs of the tree frogs at night. You will find excellent sleeping accommodations; a nice kitchen and a super pool to take away all concerns. The hosts, Peter and Sian, are second to none. They looked after our every need with Q and A sheets to guide us to their door and steer us around the wonderful green island in the Caribbean called Montserrat. No issues with bugs or security. The perfect place on the perfect island if you want to get away from it all.

The owners of this property made this booking for my clients as easy as ever! After working on this booking for over a month and not getting anywhere fast, Sian and her husband, gave me everything I had been looking for! They have gone above and beyond for getting everything that they may need for their trip. I would highly suggest this property for anyone who is looking to get a real taste of what the Island has to offer! I will be over there one day!!!

Min-y-don Just back from a fabulous stay at this delightful home in Montserrat. It's extremely comfortable and very peaceful. It has every amenity, a huge pool, private gardens and the most stunning views. The whole island is a treasure, and min-y-don a jewel.

Min-y-Don We recently spent 2 glorious weeks staying at Min-y-Don and are already discussing a return visit. The house is spacious, bright and very comfortably kitted out. The sea views are wonderful and the sunsets just stunning. There are generous terraces (+shade) with views all around. The house sits so close to the sea - you can look down at the beach and enjoy the changing wave patterns. The swimming pool is huge and inviting and well maintained, as are the lush gardens. The house has all kitchen amenities you could wish for, and excellent fridge/freezer faculties. Min-y-Don is located above Woodlands beach which is a stroll away if you want a little exercise, but there's plenty of parking at all times. We never experienced more than, maybe, 15 people on the beach at any time. Locally there are supermarkets and a selection of great restaurants / eateries, and atmospheric village bars / cafés. We had a relaxing, interesting and exciting time there, exploring all corners of the island. The recent and past history, with regard to the volcano and hurricanes, add an element of local history and empathy to the Montserrat experience The climate in Montserrat was just perfect, less scorching than our few days in Antigua.

We spent a fantastic week at this villa. It is beautiful in all respects. Very quiet, except for the sound of the sea and wildlife all around. Rooms are superb, large, airy and bug screened. The terrace is wonderful; shaded, breezy and with a panoramic view straight out to sea. Perfect for sundowners. Lovely pool. When we return to the West Indies, Min-y-Don on the island of Montserrat will be the only place to go. Will certainly recommend to all our friends.

This is the third time I have stayed at Min Y Don with my wife, mother, and other friends/family members, and it has been a delight every time. Beautiful house, pool, location, well equipped with everything you could need, prompt and attentive on-site assistance if there are any problems (which there were not), including shopping in advance for groceries we would need on arrival
