Gwen and Brian were great hosts. The location was perfect and the beds and bedding so comfortable. We really enjoyed walking the beach, watching the fantastic sunsets and getting to know the friendly family of Magpies that nest is the tree by the apartment. Adelaide is a short train ride from semaphore area. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We all enjoyed our time there.

All the little touches made our stay, the lovely food and coffee, beaut bedding and the very comfortable swing chair on the balcony was popular. Stunning views and amazing sunsets, just what your looking for on a beachside stay. The house is beautiful and super comfortable. The bathrooms are huge and bedrooms well fitted out. Great hosts, there when you need them, but otherwise not seen or heard! Would definitely love to come again and recommend to friends, family and acquaintances. There is no doubt you will enjoy your stay as we did..

Just a wonderful place to stay,beautifully decorated,comfy,spacious,very cleaning lovely bedding. Gwen is welcoming and excelled at her attention to detail with unexpected little extras and yummy treats making our stay extra special. The sunsets on the lovely balcony were amazing. This apartment is perfect for both a family or couples. We could not fault and was very relaxing. Thank-you Gwen.

This was the best place we have stayed at in our 11 years of holidaying at an Adelaide beach. Beds were so comfortable and lounge room set up for a full house. Great breakfast supplied, there was something for all of us. Great position we could walk everywhere. Loved it!

We had a fantastic time here. Normally we go to Glenelg, but this place has won us over to Semaphore. Gwenda & Brian were great, helping us with dining recommendations & supplying more than we needed in the way of "breakfast" options- full cream & low fat milk, pulpy & pulp-free orange juice, we couldn't have asked for more! We also really enjoyed our cheese platter, it took care of dinner one night. The apartment is very spacious & clean, & the balcony is the perfect way to relax. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us & we appreciated the wifi & Netflix access. The towels smelled amazing & the beds were very comfortable. The beach is right across the road so we had the best spot to watch the sunset each night. We will definitely return!

I stayed at this apartment with my extended family for a catch up. The views are to die for and the apartment has everything we needed and more. The hosts made sure we had all the comforts of home as well as complimentary bottle of wine and extensive range of breakfast options. The Semaphore area is a lovely place to spend some time with good cafes, restaurants and pubs just five minutes walk from the apartment.

My daughter and I stayed for Australia day The view of the fireworks were amazing It was such a relaxing place to stay with all the comforts of home would highly recommend it

Really beautiful, so much space and great views. Gwen and Brian were great and really looked after us. Perfect location, ocean views and close walk to local shops, restaurants and bars.

Awesome 3 Br Apartment on the Esplanade - with everything you need. The hosts (Brian and Gwen) are a delightful couple who strive to make your stay more than special. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, the Master bed was extremely comfortable (we didn’t use the others but I suspect they are comfortable as well) and the swinging Egg chair on the Patio was my favourite piece of furniture. It was very relaxing to sit in with a glass of your favourite drop while you watch the sun glisten off the ocean and/or the sun set. The cheese board, wine and breakfast supplies exceeded our expectations. Do yourself a favour and book in here for a few days, or better yet a week! We will definitely be back.

Three of us stayed at Sunset on Semaphore Luxury Apartment mid Jan 18, and I have to say, this is the best place I've stayed whilst visiting Adelaide for the TdU (done it 4 times in the past 4 years). Owners Gwen and Brian went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is very well appointed and includes all you could need for a nice couple of days exploring the local area. The apartment is family friendly and Gwen and Brian made it an experience to remember. We will be going back to stay same time next year!
