Located on the Villas on the Green gated development in the desirable Cap Estate area, this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom villa overlooks the 7th green of the St Lucia Golf and Country Club. Outdoor living is well catered for with a private terrace incorporating a plunge pool and upstairs roof terrace and balcony, all with spectacular views over the golf course, the Cap Estate and down to the ocean.
Caraway Villa is C.5 minutes walking distance to the secluded Cas en Bas beach. It is also just 10 minutes drive from the restaurants, beaches, marina, shopping mall and supermarkets at Rodney Bay and an easy drive to Castries, the capital town.

Superb villa and fantastic location
My wife, daughter and her friend spent two lovely weeks at the Caraway Villa. The villa is superbly furnished and in a lovely quite location. Ena took fantastic care of us and the staff at the villa were all very kind and helpful. In addition we had access to the nearby Cotton Bay resort with its lovely bar and excelent facilities. The villa is a comfortable drive to Rodney Bay (10 minutes by car) with its great range of restaurants and bars. A great villa for a relaxing and very enjoyable holiday.

Great villa but check the payment method
Comfortable villa in an excellent location. Close to Cotton Bay resort which you have use of and which we thought had the best beach in the area. But make sure you protect against the insects all day!
I had problems with making the payments. I used bank transfer to avoid the 4% credit card charge. Despite signing a contract which explicitly specified the amount in US dollars, when the owner found the amount did not convert to what she expected in EC dollars she requested the difference from me.

Excellent - we will be back
A great week's stay in st. Lucia - villa was perfect and big enough for 4 adults and a couple of children. We had everything we needed, including good weather, and access to the Cotton Bay Club was great. We sometimes had the pool to ourselves and had everything we needed including lunchtime cocktails and great food. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute taxi ride to Gros Inlet or Rodney Bay for a change of scene. We went to the local street party on the Friday night and had some great food and drink in a safe atmosphere. Easy to get local groceries and the kitchen in the villa had everything you would need to cook lunch or dinner. We didn't make much use of the plunge pool and the verandah didn't catch much sun through the day, but there are loungers on the roof terrace too (in the morning) and you can move the loungers onto the grass area next to the villa. Good security and a nice outlook onto the golf course. Recommended.

Great 10 days
We have just spent a fantastic 10 days at this villa. It is very well presented and located a short distance away from the buzz of the marina and Gros Islet. We had access to the Cotton bay resort which represents a nice alternative to the nearby beaches. The villa itself is spacious, well maintained and cleaned regularly. It is peaceful, quiet and not overlooked. It has all the modern conveniences one could ask for. The property managers dealt with the queries we had quietly and efficiently, so our holiday went smoothly. We had 10 days of sun and spent most days relaxing at Pigeon Island or Reduit beach. All in all a great break and our children want to know when we are coming back! Very soon, hopefully!!

Another superb 10 days
We had such a great time last year that we booked for a further 10 days almost immediately. The villa continues to be well maintained, but now the villas benefits from an on site communal pool which was hardly used by other residents and guests. Our children loved this addition! We explored more of the local restaurants this year and used Trip Advisor to guide us and did not have a bad meal during our holiday. We spent most of our days on Pigeon Island and Reduit beach. The latter has the addition of a Wibit (referenced as the St Lucia Water Park which is a bit of an exaggeration), but our children love Wibit's!!! The staff there were warm and friendly and we made use of the Bay Gardens bar and restaurants as well. Another relaxing, warm and enjoyable break. The next task is to contact the owners again for dates in 2017....

Gracious host and amazing response- 100% on time rating!
Pictures are exactly what you can expect when you arrive. Host Ena met us and escorted us to the Villa since we arrived after dark. The property is quiet and gated. Located on a golf course near a community pool which was hardly used. Your private plunge pool was great for a wind down in the evening or a morning plunge. There is a well established kitchen with utensils and cooking equipment. A close by grocery store and the cleaning lady can also make you meals if you request. There is a washer and drier in the unit so you can arrive back home with clean clothes. Air conditioned bedrooms! 😀 Not all properties on the island have air conditioning so it is wise to inquire. You get Ena number so you can contact her which makes it easier when you arrive. Thank you Ena for a great and welcoming stay.

A Vacation to Remember!
The Villa was a lovely home away from home! We enjoyed our holiday! We loved the proximity to the pool! I used it daily to swim laps. We walked to the beach several times. It is just a 5-10 minute walk. It's not a great swimming or tanning beach, but there is wind surfing and horseback riding. There is also a restaurant/bar.
I will forever remember walking out on the patio, the first morning, and seeing beautiful surroundings. They are literally breath taking!
The pictures are pretty accurate, though a little more worn, especially the appliances. I baked and we did grill and eat some of our meals at home. The grill is a charcoal grill and there was lighter fluid under the sink. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for making meals. You will need to bring all spices etc. It is cleaned out between guests. It is clean. The maid cleaned twice in our 10 day stay, but I think that's because we were there for Christmas. I think it would have been more, but we didn't need it. There is a closet full of towels, sheets, etc. including several swim/beach towels.
This villa has a larger patio with a jetted pool. It also has tiles versus painted cement. The patio area is much nicer than most in the complex. Plenty of lounge chairs and cushions for the chairs at the table. Beautiful!
For US guests, there are 110v outlets in all the rooms. There is a switch above the electrical panel that needs to be on for them to work.
There is a book under the coffee table with lots of valuable information on the villa!
It is very secure. It is a gated community with guards on duty around the clock.
We had an amazing driver, Kimbert, from PHV Tours. He is very reasonable and so knowledgeable about the island. He picked us up at the airport, took us touring the island two of the days we were there and took us back to the airport. We chose not to rent a car. With that said aside from the beach you need a car or taxi to get anywhere. Rodney Bay is about a 45 minute to an hour walk.

Dream Vacation come true!
My wife booked a trip to Cap Estates, when we arrived we were warmly greated by the Security Officer and shown to our Villa. Once inside we stopped in our tracks and were stunned by the sheer BEAUTY and Cleanliness of our Rooms and the Magnificent view from our patio. We met with the Manager Ena,a very Professional woman that couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was in order and impecibly clean. The pool and grounds were perfect. A wonderful breeze gently blew all week making us spend a lot of time on our private patio in comfort. I can't say enough to praise Ena and her staff. We actually had tears in our eyes when we had to leave this Paradise, we not only left a Pristine local but we also left new friends that made us feel like family. We will indeed return as this now feels like "HOME"..
