Interaction with guests
We live on site so like to be here to meet you on arrival, very occasionally this isn't possible and we can arrange to leave the key. It is a working farm but we are happy to show you where you can walk or meet the animals as well as information about the local area.

About the neighborhood
Saltash is a flourishing modern town with historic roots stretching back to the 12th century. Situated on the west bank of the beautiful river Tamar, Saltash acts as a gateway between Cornwall and Devon, whether travelling by road, rail or river. As well as the attractive setting, Saltash can also boast a wide range of excellent facilities, along with beautiful river-side walks and leisure amenities. Landrake is about 3 miles from Saltash. There is a small shop /PO, church. Landrake Church is dedicated to St Michael. It stands on a hill and the tower is 100 ft high and can be seen on the approach to the village on the A38.. Parts of the building are Norman but the majority is of the 15th century.
Getting around
Buses run from Landrake village to Plymouth, Liskeard(& on to Padstow) and Looe but we recommend that you have a car to be able to explore further.
