The villa is a two-story house in which the top floor is for rent and it is about 135 m². It has a very beautiful garden of about 3500 m² with many flowers, Mediterranean trees and plants. It is situated in a pine forest, in a historical part of Chania, Venizelos Graves, in 4km from Chania and 6 km from the airport. The house has panoramic view of the sea, the city of Chania and the mountains ''Lefka Ori''.
