nice stay
we were there for 2 days Raul who assisted us thru out the two days .the appartment is near to Martin's corner one of the best hotel in goa.Full of greeneries trees and plants outside the appartment.if u are a nature lover u stay in South goa and it is very close to famous colva beach.we move from here to paloleum beach by bike that is a unforgettable moment of life

Safe place for families and ladies
Hi,
A very good house, flexible check in and check out times, all possible amenities that one can think is TV, fridge, balconies,clean beds, sofas, hassle free parking, running water and close to the beach. Our stay there was very good and I would highly recommend it for anybody who is planning to stay in south Goa.it feels like a own house. The caretaker is also helpful and accommodative.

located at 10 min walking distance from the beautiful and peaceful sunset beach and lovers beach in betalbatim, which connect coast with the famous colva beach, majorda beach, uthorda, etc
the Goa's most famous martins corner restaurant is just at about 10 min walking distance.
Getting around
the local bus stop is at about 5 min walking distance (this bus can take yo to the margao city)
margao Railway station is at about less than 30 min drive
Goa Dabolim Airport is at about 30 min drive
once booking is done, the host will share with the guest the contact number for the local taxi drivers, bike rental and car rental person.
How to get there
It's the bright orange color, Two floor building, on your right hand side, about 50 meters before you reach to the golden sands apartments.
Once you reach martins corner, keep martins corner to your left, go little ahead you will see Jesus Maria Jose chapel go straight, after 3 or 4 second you will see a right road going to Golden sands apartments, take that road Go straight on that road, that Road will curve to your left and then it will become " T" take a right and keep going after 1 minute you will see Golden sands apartment, around 50 meters before golden sands apartment look to your right you will see a deep orange 2 floor building.
