Some buses or taxis but better to have your own car.
There are a couple of delightful neighbors who are very discrete but can also be wonderful company, with fascinating stories to tell over a glass of wine or rum punch! :)
The best holiday location we have ever enjoyed. the house and garden is full of character, very peaceful and beautiful. The owners couldn't be more helpful, hope to return for third visit soon!

Shady Rural Cabine
This was a shady rural retreat with a very welcome pool. However, the property needed up dating particularly with new cutlery, crockery, and some comfy indoor chairs. The outdoor shower was invigorating. Despite this we enjoyed our stay - the surrounding countryside is beautiful with tiny medieval villages to visit along with the vineyards and gorges. Walking in the area was good despite the heat.

A beautiful getaway with soul and character
We had an excellent stay with all the facilities that we could need for my husband and I and our 22 month old son. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and live within the beautiful nature of Provence in the Var region then this is the place to go. I love to paint and there are plenty of landscapes and beautiful light to inspire the artist. The atmosphere that the host inspires is very relaxing and with the coast, the lake and Gorge, many villages and towns within a trip away.....what more could you want? If Only we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful Provencal getaway
Our host Annette was very lovely and helpful and accomodating, being at hand if we needed her. Communication was fantastic and the property was beautiful, including all the facilities you could wish for, perfect for our family of 2 adults and one toddler and there was another bedroom which we didn't use which slept another 2 people. The location was great for us being rural but not far from nearby towns and markets aswell as the Lac de St Croix and Gorge de Verdon. The area is so lovely, definitley a favourite of ours, with lots to see and do.
Thanks for a fantastic stay, we really hope to come back again!
