Peace perfect peace
When we arrived everything looked as perfect as it did in the photographs. This was a home from home with everything you needed if you wanted to cook, there are many places to eat in Banchory which is the next village and many take aways should you fancy Chinese or an Indian This apartment is built for the disabled in mind it has a jack and Jill wetroom shared with bedroom 2 the wetroom is well set out and Julie the owner went out of her way to measure all parts of the apartment to make sure this was suitable. Inchmarlo is surrounded by golf courses so this is a haven for golfers but where we were situated it was lovely and quiet so much so we slept until 11 the first morning. To sum it all up this is a perfect location for a nice relaxing holiday

A valuable find
Our first stay at Apartment 20. We can recommend this to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness and freedom. Very near to Banchory and all its amenities but away from the centre near the Inchmarlo golf course. We will definitely return. Thank you Julie.

An excellent apartment in the perfect location.
We stayed here for 3 nights whilst we were on a fishing trip and we truthfully cannot fault this accomodation. The place was spotless, the owner was extremly helpful and easy to deal with and the location of the appartment was just perfect. I would highly recomend this place.

Quiet location, modern apartment.
Very quiet location, nice clean modern apartment with comfortable sitting area. If weather had been better many local walks nearby.

Supermooie flat op een top locatie (en geschikt voor rolstoelers)
Een zeer luxe uitgevoerde flat met een wetroom waardoor ik ook gemakkelijk kon douchen. De keuken was prima uitgerust en de woonkamer had goede banken met heerlijke kussens. De slaapkamers waren uitgerust met goede matrassen. Alleen de gordijnen waren wat licht in de twin kamer, maar met wat knijpers en de dekens uit de kast hebben wij ook dat opgelost.
Kortom: veel waar voor het geld en een super locatie voor het bezoeken van alle bezienswaardigheden van Royal Deeside.

At Deeside activity park you can enjoy Kart racing to digger driving and lots more.
Banchory is just a 10 minute stroll away, and has restaurants, pubs, cafes and take aways. It also has two supermarkets, two petrol stations and ATM's.
Getting around
We would recommend a car to fully see the area.
There is plenty of free parking at the apartment.
However, should you wish to take public transport you can take a train to Aberdeen station and the the stagecoach bus 201 or 203 goes through Banchory on it's way to Braemar. Get off just after the Tor na coil hotel at the bottom of Inchmarlo Road.
The 202 bus goes up the road passed the Inchmarlo driving range and you just ask the driver to stop there.
Otherwise taxis are available from Banchory town centre.
Aberdeen airport is 18 miles.

How to get there
A car is recommended and plenty of free parking outside the apartment is available
From Banchory town centre, drive West along A93 for half a mile towards Aboyne. Turn right towards Inchmarlo Golf Centre which is half a mile up the hill, turn left and continue past the driving range car park on your left. Continue 200m and you will see the Villas and apartments.
Number 20 is sign posted and is the second opening on the right.
The nearest train station is Aberdeen. Catch the 201, 202 or 203 stagecoach bus to Banchory. Either get off in the town centre and get a 5 minute taxi ride to the apartment or get off just after Tor na coille hotel and walk 10 minutes.
The 202 goes to Torphins. Ask to get off at the Inchmarlo golf centre
