One double bedroom with built in wardrobe and shelves, also there is a en-suit with shower. One twin bedroom with built in wardrobe, and shelves inside.The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. Interaction with guests:Â There is a key box, by the intercom at the front entrance of the building, you will receive the key code 2 days before you check in. My Apartment is on the first floor, up the first flight of stairs, there is a door, go through the door that meets you and Apartment 5 is on your left.
Excellent apartment. Clean, quiet, good quality fittings. Clear instructions. Everything in working order.

Apartment in Sandown
Great flat for 2 couples as 2 bathrooms. Lovely and clean with everything needed, although no shaver point. Luckily both men were wet shavers. Very close to centre of town.

2nd visit perfect once again!
We returned for a quick visit to Sandown & chose to stay at Seaways once again.
The apartment was just as good as before & our stay was again perfect.

Perfect, holiday and stay, everything we wanted
Seaways is located in Sandown and is only a very short walk to a perfect beach, great amenities and a sea that is so child friendly you couldn't get better in the med! The apartment is great for a family holiday and is a great base to discover the brilliant attractions of the Isle, Blackgang, Tapnell Farm Park, The Donkey Sanctuary and many more. The pubs are fantastic too, The Village Inn at Shanklin, The White Horse at Whitwell and The Culver Haven all produce stunning food and are well worth a visit or 2 or 3! All in all a brilliant apartment for a brilliant holiday.

Wonderful apartment in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Seaways. The apartment had everything you would need, it was very child-friendly and close to the beach. We will visit again!

Perfect base for a stay in Sandown.
Seaways is in an ideal location for a small group or young family. It's based 5 minutes walk from either end of the lovely Sandown beach, in a quiet area with guaranteed off-road parking. The apartment is beautifully kept, with a fantastic personal touch of a welcoming treat from the owner to settle you in. If we needed something, it was there. Excellent Wi-Fi service, a pub with a good children's play area within walking distance, and local shops close by are all added bonuses. Would definitely recommend.

A comfortable, well equiped flat in an excellent location
We had a very pleasant weeks stay at Seaways. The flat is bright and very comfortable and is only about 5 minutes from the seafront - what more could you ask for? Definitely recommend.

Holiday.
This is a very well presented apartment. The property was very clean which was nice to see and the welcome basket was a nice touch. We did have a problem which Franca dealt with straight away. The only fault there is is that there is a lack of cooking equipment if you want to cook.
We liked the apartment very much and were happy there.

a beautiful flat
A lovely flat with everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. Very quiet near the sea front and shops and very clean and comfortable. There was a very much appreciated welcome basket full of goodies . I have recommended the flat to a friend since returning home.

Sandown is the sister resort to Shanklin. It sits in the centre of Sandown bay with Shanklin to the south and Yaverland and Culver cliff to the north. It offers sandy beaches, which are gently sloping and are ideal for safe bathing. There will always be plenty of room on the beach as the miles of sand run right the way around The Bay.Sandown is one of the few towns, which has retained its pier. There are amusements, fairground rides and facilities for those holiday makers who are anglers. The family can be entertained for many hours, or just sit and look at the views of The Bay and both Bembridge and St. Boniface Downs.Sandown is a family resort. There are nightclubs, pubs, restaurants and cafes. The kids will have hours of fun on Browns Pitch and Putt whilst close by is the Zoo with tiger sanctuary. Sandown also has an 18-hole golf course, small airport where you can take a pleasure flight and even a Dinosaur Museum where you can wonder at the Prehistoric Visitors that the Island used to cater for
From Portsmouth you can get the fast cat to Ryde then a train from Ryde that will take you to sandown station, from there it is 6 min walk to the Apartment. Also there is the Hover travel from Southsea to Ryde. Ferry Routes by car, are Southampton to Cowes, by Red funnel, or Portsmouth to Fishbourn, and Limington to Yarmouth by whightlink.
