About the neighborhood
Walking:-With over 500 of miles of signposted footpaths and vast amounts of unrivalled natural beauty, it is no surprise that the Isle of Wight is a top UK walking destination. The astounding diversity in such a small relative area coupled with the mild climate makes the island a great year round walking spot, Carmel is set on the Coastal footpath which circumnavigates the island. Cycling: Whether on or off road, the island is a great location for cyclists of all ages and abilities. The cycle track running from Sandown to Cowes has proved highly popular since its opening in 2004.
Getting around
Best to have a car. The buses run a circular route please see timetable in the property.
