A truly lovely little apartment, a great location, the apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, we are a family of 5 and felt the space was more than big enough for us all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to all especially families it really is the full package!

Not the first time visiting and definitely won't be the last! I've always stayed here with my family and now I stay here with my fiancé and he loves it! Perfect location, clean, spacious, has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ruth is lovely and a perfect host who is always on hand if your need anything. Highly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful - spotless with everything we could possibly need. A comfy place to return to at the end of each day - it really felt like home! It's situated close to so many lovely places to visit, including a sandy beach just metres down the road. Communication from Ruth was great - a really lovely & helpful host :) We'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed here for a baton twirling competition, the designated car parking spot was ideal for long days knowing we had a spot to come back too. The apartment was clean and tidy, it had everything you needed and wasn’t far at all from any of the local places like beaches. Ruth was amazing with contacting us throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok and nothing seemed too much. We are hoping to stay again next year if there is any availability!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ruths apartments. Its literally home from home and has everything you need. beds made up for your arrival and towels provided for. The apartment is very spacious and has 2 good size bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath (with a head cushion) and a lovely shower! the kitchen is well-equipped if you decide to eat in. If you decide to eat out there is a "Cantina" in the park and a brewyers fayre a 10 min walk. if you decide on a night in, there is sky, Raku and a dvd player with lots of DvDs to chose from. there are also some games. There are lovely homely touches around the apartment (my girls wanted to keep the teddies on the beds) parking at the apartment is easy you have a allocated parking space with a lockable post, so you know you have a space to come back to! its location is absolutely perfect, Youngs Park is across the road, where you will find, a boating lake, you can hire bumper boats and swan pedalos there is a crazy golf course and a wildlife lake. The beaches are lovely 1 is even dog friendly. there are little huts along the beach where you can have lunch, coffee and ice creams! The steam train passes by as well, which is lovely. Paignton Harbour is a 20 min walk away and Paignton is about another 10 mns from the Harbour. Supermarkets (Asda, Morrisons by the Zoo, Sainsburys) are about a 15 min drive away or we walked to a Tesco Express which is a 15 min walk We are definitely coming back. Thank you Ruth.

We have been coming to 3 High Gables for a few years now and always find the apartment to be in excellent condition, clean, tidy and is in a great location near to Goodrington Beach. Ruth has always been an excellent host who is very friendly and helpful. What really sets the apartment apart from others within this location is the private parking pitch that is adjacent to the property with lockable Ballard post, for when you leave the apartment by car to visit other places nearby. We would give this apartment and host 10 stars if we could and are thoroughly pleased with 3 High Gables.

Excellent location and lovely apartment with a home from home feel. Highly recommend for couples or family looking to stay in and around the area. Plenty to see and do, we had a lovely walk through the park into Paington and also walked to Torquay. Ruth was a super host and was available with any information needed.

Lovely apartment, great area and the perfect host! We stayed for a long weekend and loved our stay in this great apartment. Clean, tidy, free parking, quiet, close to everything you need, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Amazing communication! I hope we will be back again

We have had a wonderful holiday at 3 High Gables, feel very well rested the apartment is faultless, home from home , everything we needed, comfortable beds and pillows, sofa comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, books and games, plus person parking space with secure post for when out so always had a space Short walk (2mins) to goodrington beach, little Devon ice cream hut and only 15 mins costal path into paignton , all other places Brixham, Torquay,Greenway national trust all with 30 min drive would love to visiting again in the future, highly recommended, Thankyou Ruth for being the perfect host and being contacted when their Vicky
