The owners reserve the right to change aspects of furnishings at their discretion. For those planning their journey to Devon by train; the now famous track damaged by the storms at Dawlish has been repaired and is better than ever. For steam train enthusiasts we also have two railways one starting from Totnes and ending at the Butterfly and Otter Santuary, the second route is part of the famous Round Robbin and starts from Paignton ending at Kingswear. Alternatively we can easily commute via our recently opened bypass, to the lovely cathedral city of Exeter.
