The Watcombe sleeps up to 4 people with one double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and the lounge and kitchen are on the lower ground floor. There’s a very limited sea view from the dining room of this apartment, but it does come with access to a shared courtyard. Dogs are welcome in this apartment for a small additional fee, but they must be supervised at all times. There’s a fully-equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom with power shower, sink and toilet. There’s high-speed free Wifi throughout and the lounge includes a smart TV so you can access your Netflix account! About the neighborhood
Fiveway Apartments are right on Paignton seafront, at the heart of Torbay. Perfect for watching the sun rise and set over the beautiful beaches of the English Riviera. We’re lucky to have a warm microclimate climate in Torbay, that allows palm trees to grow, we have one in our courtyard ! There are no less than nine sandy beaches and extremely high standards of water quality. Torbay is the holder of three European Blue Flags , more than any English resort . There’s lots to do in Paignton whatever the weather! Nearby you’ll find Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, and of course, the beach which offers a range of water sports and boat trips. The town centre is a short walk from the apartments and there’s plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs.
Getting around
Check out the local bus service , they have some great saver offers, and don't forget the Dartmouth Steam Train for a step back in time.

How to get there
Assuming you are coming from the new Southern Devon Expressway A380 Follow until you reach the junction with traffic lights which goes to Torquay and Paignton. Follow the Paignton signs . 8 min (2.6 mi) At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Preston Down Rd 1.2 mi Preston Down Road turns right and becomes Sandringham Gardens 0.2 mi Continue onto Upper Headland Park Road 0.2 mi Continue onto Headland Park Road 0.3 mi Continue onto Seaway Rd/A3022 279 ft Continue straight onto Seaway Rd 0.1 mi Turn right onto Marine Drive/B3201 Continue to follow B3201 0.7 mi You will find us just after the large Vue cinema and Pirates Crazy Golf. The car park is directly out side the property, unless you are staying in the cottage when access is round the back in Adelphi Road.
