On arrival we had an apple pie, our daughter in-law said it was very reminiscent of The Railway children and she thought it was a cute touch. We have various family members coming and going. We stayed over the Mayday Bank holiday with our adult children, their partners and our baby granddaughter, so the three ensuite bedrooms were ideal. Two have huge baths, with overhead showers, the third has a large walk-in shower. Two of the bedrooms are on one landing, the third is at the other side if the cottage. There's a living area...

We stayed at the cottage for 3 days. It is a lovely location and lovely cottage. Not suitable for dogs as far as I'm concern!!..No outside space to let the dog out for a wee. Every time the dog wanted to go out we had to take him on the lead. There is also dogs roaming round and barking at...

The conversion is of the very highest standard with full central heating. With the oak floors and cupboards, and attractive beams situated throughout this 200 year old property it combines many original features with all the modern essentials for comfortable living.On the ground floor there is a very large lounge / diner with soft seating for 6; plasma TV, dvd, radio, ipod docking facilities, large round 6 seater dining table.& 6 chair.The doors off the lounge / diner lead to the kitchen, toilet and a there is lockable dog kennel area.The owners live on site to help with information or difficulties.

The day rates are set for 3 or 4 night stops, if you have more nights the average day rate is reduced from that quoted above.Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement, there is a specific lockable dog kennel area in doors, an extra charge of £5 a day is made for a dog.We are not set up for card payment, so please use a cheque or internet / bank transfer.A 35% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.Groups may be accepted but we would require details in advance & a deposit may be asked for.Check in time from 3 pm - Checkout by 10am NB - a maximum of 6 visitors are allowed at any one time, if more are coming this has to be arranged prior to their arrival.
