There is a high quality wifi system. There are two double beds and four single beds one of which is an integral 'truckle' bed. There are two bathooms (one en-suite) and downstairs cloakroom. There is parking for two cars on the drive plus access to 3 adjacent off road parking spaces. To the rear of the property is a cliff top green-space with access to the South West Coastal Path. A short walk provides access to historic Nothe Fort and Gardens. Guests can make use of crabbing nets to explore the rock pools at Newton's Cove adjacent to the Gardens.Hope Square, Brewers Quay and Weymouth's vibrant historical harbour are within a 10 minute walk offering a wide range of pubs, restaurants, bars, tea-rooms, craft shops and fishing trips. Weymouth's main shopping centre, Georgian sea-front and famous sandy, shallow beaches which are ideal for children are also within a short walking distance as is the quieter and less well known beach and ruined Tudor Castle at Sandsfoot. There is no need to use a car to access Weymouth's main attractions and amenities.More

This is the second time our family has stayed in this house. It clean , roomy and well equipped. It has a good size kitchen/ diner , a BBQ, beach toys left for young children to use. It is close to the SW coastal path and about a 10 minute walk down to the harbour.

A lovely, spacious house for a 70th birthday family get-together. Plenty of room for 8, and lots of activities to keep our youngest family member (aged 7) happy - board games, table-tennis, crabbing nets. The owners have thoughtfully provided for the most discerning holiday-maker's needs. There are charming little touches throughout the house - we loved the lighthouse lamp. The house is in a great position overlooking the bay, and the walk to the harbour is short and pleasant. Weymouth is in such a perfect position for people who want to visit the spectacular Jurassic coast. All in all, a perfect 3 days. We would definitely stay here again

Henley House is a large 4 bedroom family home with all the facilities you need to have a great family get together. It is ideally located just a 10min walk down to the harbour and town. Every upstairs window you look out of either gives you a different view of the sea or town. On arrival I did need to get in touch with the owner who dealt with my issue very quickly and professionally.

the house is so much nicer than expected from pictures. the layout and size of the house was perfect. all the other guests complimented the house and congratulated me on finding such a great house for our stay .

Great property that is very spacious. Lots of things to do in and around Weymouth. There are a lot of amenities close by although if walking it is very hilly to and from the property. There were lots of places to eat but unfortunately under 10's were not allowed in the majority of them so it was difficult finding good places to eat with the children. All in all we has a good holiday.

Lovely family holiday. Lots to do in Weymouth. The house was perfect, in a good position, we hardly needed to use our car. 10 minutes walk down to the harbour. Lovely green area with fantastic sea views , part of the South West costal path , directly behind the house. House was extremely well equipped , very clean and comfortable, good kitchen and large dining table. WiFi worked well. Table tennis in the garage. Very likely to book again.

Highly recommended. On the coastal path, short walk to town or cove, quiet, some sea views. Very comfortable accommodation - spacious, clean and well-equipped. Easy parking and access. Great communication from owner.

This place is awesome. The house is fully equipped and the location was brilliant, walking distance to the harbour, beach and town. Views were stunning and the whole weekend was absolutely superb. We’ve booked again for next year!

Perfect location on hill just above Weymouth harbour, short walk into town or to beach. This was our second visit, there’s so much to do close to the property that we hope to be back again. The house is clean, comfortable and very well equipped, everything you need is there, owners very helpful and quick to communicate. Great walks in all directions, house backs onto open green that gives wonderful sea views.

The large Weymouth beach and Georgian sea-front is approximately a 15 minute walk from the property. The beach has a wide expanse of soft, clean sand with shallow water ideal for children of all ages. There is a range of beach entertainment. There are alternative local beaches near to the property at Sandsfoot which is also approximately 15 minute walk away towards Portland. There is easy access to Portland and the Jurassic coast. The area is ideal for all types of water sports including sailing, wind and kite surfing which can be organised through local companies. The south Dorset Coast offers opportunities for all types of walking and cycling activities. The Rodwell Trail running from the centre of Weymouth towards Portland is easily accessible from the property. For days out the distances and approximate driving times are given• Dorchester – 8 miles / 15 – 20 minutes • Abbotsbury - 9 miles / 15 - 20 minutes • Bridport – 21 miles / 35 – 40 minutes• Lyme Regis – 32 miles / 50 – 60 minutes. Weymouth is served by a mainline station. A regular bus services runs along the length of the Jurassic coast which is very popular with visitors.
