Craiglarach cottage is a charming, well-appointed, well maintained Victorian detached cottage on the outskirts of Aboyne village. Secluded but not remote, and with stunning views of fields, woods and hills from the sitting room window, to watch and enjoy the wild life of deers, birds and red squirrels that visit the garden. The River Dee is a short walk away, and the shops and pubs/cafes in Aboyne are under a mile away.

Hi Fiona Great to hear that you enjoyed your week in Aboyne seeing the wildlife up close, they do tend to visit a lot especially if you feed them. Look forward to you and your family making your next booking. Rosie

A wonderful gem of a cottage, so very comfortable and a wonderful setting. Lots of pretty walks and drives and Aboyne a nice town - red squirrels, deer and lots of birds.

A cottage of character with all our needs fulfilled. Roe Deer in the garden - silence apart from the sound of the river nearby.
