A really well presented chalet on a quiet holiday park. Perfect for families with young children - travel cot, beach equipment, games and child friendly DVDs all provided. We didn't spend much time on site so it was great to have a lovely beach in walking distance. Also very close to Great Yarmouth if you want to visit there for days out.

this chalet is a real home from home, it has all you need in the kitchen to prepare everything from a sandwich to a fully cooked meal. the property is very well decorated with a seaside theme. comfy furniture allowing you to relax and unwind. the owner has taken a great deal of time and effort to ensure that holiday makers have good value for money. the chalet itself is situated on a clean and well presented holiday village with plenty of food outlets, a nice bar and restaurant/cafe. a short walk to the beach where again you can relax in the nearby public house and restaurant. the property is a short drive to great yarmouth. it has a good local bus service at the holiday park entrance. an ideal location to explore Norfolk with lots of places to visit or just relax in the local area.

Clean spacious site with plenty of amenities close at hand,walking distance of the beach. Clean well stocked chalet with everything you might need and more. Easy driving off site to various local attractions,plenty of ideas in the chalet for days out and lots of really helpful advice from the owner regarding local shops and places to eat,with welcome advice regarding places to maybe avoid.

Arrived at the chalet on Saturday checked to see if everything was working found cold tap on bathroom sink not working also Carl found a babies bottle between the bunk bed and wall after smelling a strong smell of gone off milk in small bedroom now for the good bit the beds are really comfy and the chalet is very clean trust me I’m a professional cleaner I did a white glove test the owner very kindly left a welcome card and a small amount of supplies like milk tea coffee etc the chalet has everything you need and more definitely will be wanting to stay here again

We stayed here in August 2017 during a week of pleasant weather, having stayed on the same chalet park in recent years. The site is peaceful even during peak season, with chalets well spaced and good facilities to support a family holiday with swimming, arcades, chip shops, the beach and more in easy walking distance. Only a short drive away there are attractions such as Great Yarmouth and its pleasure beach, and Thrigby Hall, a small zoo. Access to the chalet was at our convenience through a key safe, and there was a welcome card and small gifts awaiting us on arrival. The standard of this particular chalet is very high, with nice decor and well maintained rooms - the bathroom, for example, is fully tiled. The chalet is also very well equipped, with more than just the essentials. Sue ensures that there are some basics for anyone who arrives hungry after the shops close, and also supplies entertainment for all ages in the form of jigsaws, books, DVDs and games. The beds are made up to your requirements so you don't need to bring bedding, and there are are also useful things like a vacuum cleaner, an iron and a hairdryer. In other chalets we have rented the built in wardrobes are the only real storage - while this one has many things packed into them for our use (the aforementioned items plus things like a parasol, windbreaks and buckets and spades) there is hanging storage available for clothes, but the chalet has furniture with empty drawers and cupboards for the use of guests and a roomy medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The rental is also inclusive of electricity, while many on the site would require extra payment through a coin operated meter. I was impressed by the quality and care that has gone into the place, from the blue colouring to make it easy to locate among many other identical looking chalets, down to the crockery that is properly matching sets rather than odds and ends. I would not only recommend this chalet to others, I hope to visit again in future, assuming availability once we have our holiday dates tied down.

Our holiday was great relaxing fun. The chalet we stayed in was brilliant spotlessly clean and kitted out with everything you could wish for even toys for kids can't thank Sue orris enough for a great time. Would recommend this chalet to everyone its better than 5***** .

Excellent stay, beautiful chalet so clean & tidy. This i would highly recommend to anyone. Lovely days out just a stones throw away, then back to relax in the comfort of this amazing chalet.

The chalet was clean and decorated to a good standard. The owner was helpful and easy to contact. Extra touches such as the welcome card and gift, basic supplies, toys and things to use at the beach were greatly appreciated. The beach was a very short walk away which was great for us having two young children. The site was quiet, again great for our young family. There are pleanty of things to see and do in the area too, a lovely place to stay.

We had a delightful stay in this roomy, comfortable and well appointed chalet. It was great for our family, with 3 young children. The chalet had plenty of room for us. We've stayed in numerous static caravans in the past, but chalet's were new to us! Having stayed in this delightful chalet, we would certainly consider staying in one again and we would seriously consider returning to this chalet. Also Norfolk is delightful, with plenty for the children to see and do. Thanks for a lovely stay.

this place was really good to stay in, it was between the two club houses so its a great location, owners are very pleasant and great commucation, and we had a lovely welcome pack ie. milk wine tea coffee biscuits etc thank you for a great time wendy xxx
