We are a very short walk away from Caister beach and there are shops and pubs all within close walking distance.
There is no reception so guests are asked to give us a call when they are approximately 15mins away.
Apartments are usually available from 3pm. Guests are asked to depart by 10am on their leaving day.
Our usual stays are 3 night Fri-Mon, 4 night Mon-Fri, 7 night either Fri-Fri or Mon-Mon.

Interaction with guests: On arrival every guest is given a tour around their apartment and given information on how to contact us if there are any problems or further questions. There may be gardening work done during your stay and housekeeping for those who request it. Other than this we will mainly leave you to your own devices.
We are however close by should we be required to pop by :)
A warm and luxurious apartment which is needed at that time of year. Everything needed was provided by pleasant owners. A convenient bus stop right outside the door as we did not have a vehicle to travel around in. Close to shops and pubs. Plenty of TV channels to choose from. Handy for trips to Great Yarmouth.

Comfort 1st class ✔️
Comfortable and wanting for nothing even the internet averaged between 66-70 download and just over 18 upload during our 12 days there.
Plenty of local shops if needed or a shortish trip into Gt. Yarmouth itself. Some lovely villages are also nearby.

Excellent apartment
After our 5th visit the apartment is still in excellent order. The detail to cleanliness is outstanding. The small details such as milk and a jug of cold water in the fridge was most welcome. The owners are very friendly and accommodating with nothing being too much bother. The option of having clean towels and linen when needed was a bonus especially during a longer stay.
We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great apartment
Good location for shops, pubs, restaurants, take-outs and only about ten minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is lovely and clean, very well appointed and equipped with everything needed for our stay, of special note is the large spa bath and powerful shower in the large upstairs bathroom, we loved them both. Outside is a patio with seating and table within a pleasant shared garden, it's a real sun trap. Of special mention is the welcome we received on our arrival with guided tour and full explanation of where everything is and how to use it. All in all we loved our stay in Emerald and are hoping to return in the future.

Love Norfolk, Love Emerald Appartment.
We came to Norfolk 2 years ago , loved it and decided to return. As we had stayed in the north of the county we tried the south this time. the apartment was very good although as we live in a bungalow the stairs were a novelty. Well equipped and appointed. will probably return in a few years time.

Amazing, luxury apartment
I stayed in the apartment for 7 weeks away for work, the process of booking all the way to end of stay was smooth and i couldn't of asked for more from the staff. The apartment is in close proximity to the beach and many food shops and eateries. The best features of the apartment for me were the large comfy bed and also the large bubble bath- heaven!
Also given that i was away from home this felt like a home form home, all the essentials provided such as washing machine and kitchen ware.
I would 100% recommend this to anyone. I would definitely stay again.

Great Apartment
A great apartment in a great location - all the local amenities on the doorstep and 5 minutes to Great Yarmouth
The apartment is comfortable with everything you'd ever need, including the biggest bathroom ever !!! Great value for money..................

Home from Home
This was our second stay but this time we were next door in Sapphire, Everything you could ask ,all of the home comforts plus extra's.
Apartment lovely and clean with Sky, Netflix etc ,A bathroom you could only dream of.
We had a lovely weather was perfect will come back again next year

Caister-On-Sea was a Roman settlement and has grown to a large village which is home to the countries only full size independent lifeboat station. Offshore from our large beach is a sandbank called Scroby Sands which is home to a small seal colony. There is a selection of pubs, restaurants and takeaways throughout the village. Within 2km of Caister there is a Golf Course, Great Yarmouth Stadium which is greyhound and stock car racing, Great Yarmouth Racecourse which is horseracing and a small Leisure Centre with pool, gym and spa facilities.
Getting around
The number 8 and 1 first buses to Yarmouth are the most regular and both stop just outside the entrance to the apartments when travelling from Yarmouth. When going to Yarmouth there is a bus stop for these just across the road.
