We booked to stay for 7 days and then we had to change our plans , Oliver was very helpful and he sorted out different dates for us. We arrived at night and all the instructions were very useful and easy to follow. The apartment (2 ) was very clean and spacious and it had everything we would need. It is ideally located opposite the pier and there is a good range of shops to the rear of the property. We really enjoyed our stay here and will most definitely return. Do not be put off with negative reviews as this property is amazing.

Nice little apartment (No 3) with a beautiful sea view, conveniently opposite Claremont pier where we had drinks out in the sun just after we arrived. Clean, though there was an odd smell in the main bedroom which meant I had to keep the window open. I reported it to Oliver, who seems very helpful, and he said he would look into it. There is parking behind the property, which was very useful because we arrived on a sunny Bank Holiday weekend when no spaces were available on the road. This would be a fantastic place to stay in for anyone with a young family - the beach is just minutes away. I noticed deckchairs in the hall as well, nice touch. Having to pay a £200 damage deposit upfront is a bit offputting but I did get it back. All in all, we had a great stay. Jolly Sailors and The Oddfellows are about a 20 minute walk away, both great places to eat out.

The apparartment was very clean and comfortable, with close access to shops and restaurants and reasonably priced. The host Oliver was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment waking up every day to the view of the beach was such a delight. the place was immaculate and spacious and there were even deckchairs for the beach. during the summer you have to walk to the dog beach but that was 10 minutes if that along side the main beach. Both beaches are fabulous the main beach has sand to rival the Med and the dog beach meant they could run for miles on sand too. plus there is a dog friendly pub at pakefield just off the beach we had a wonderful time. we also drove to Southwold which is 20 mins away and is the most pretty town. we will be visiting again

This apartment is just across the road from a wonderful sandy beach. Shops and cafe are just around the corner to the rear of the property. The apartment itself is very well furnished, extremely comfortable with everything you would need including free Wi-Fi DVD player and TV with freeview. There is heating should you need it and a fan if you are too warm.Bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail and not only is all bedding provided but also your towels as well. They have thought of everything right down to a hairdryer and a well equipped kitchen. The quality of the mattress and pillows in the bedroom were the best I have experienced anywhere on holiday. It was lovely to go to bed.

We changed rooms this year from 4 to 3 and think it was even better if possible. Great location and everything you could need. Will be back next year if possible.

Booked apartment as a last minute new year break. Oliver was extremely helpful even tho it was booked over Xmas. We arrived at 9pm but had clear instructions for keys etc and had no issues getting in. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything that was needed. Even had deck chairs for the beach which I thought was a lovely touch. Beds were really comfy. Can’t wait to come back.

Myself , hubby and 4 year old stayed for 5 nights had all we needed clean, tidy , good parking flat 4 top of the stairs good exercise! Owner very approachable, lovely sea veiws, fab to just be abke to cross the road to the beach especially with all our beach gear and good local ameinities , anyone should definatly try "The shish" for a great meal in walking distance of the flat or salt rock cafe for brunch , love to return or stay at their other flat in hastings.

Great location, very comfortable with everything thing you need for a relaxed short break. Private parking, lovely view over the beach and sea. Very reasonable rates.
