There are two adjacent cottages, Little Blue and Little Green, bookable separately or together, both with separate amenities but sharing a courtyard with 2 sets of dining table and chairs. The cottages are small, more like large hotel suites, but there is everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. Everything has been individually designed and custom made to ensure you have a memorable stay. For further information on things to do and see you can visit my website. Virtually opposite the cottage, on the High Street, Teco Express is open until 10 pm so you do not have to worry about bringing all your provisions with you. The town also has a Marks & Spencer and Waitrose supermarket plus independent Delis and the stalls on the Saturday market for artisan produce. The perfect place to stay in Lymington. It’s a cosy spot for couples that’s a wander away from the high street and the quay. Idyllic and beautiful, we hope to return! Many thanks x

About the neighborhood
Lymington is a charming Regency town on the banks of the River Solent with a superb selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants and an ancient Charter Market on a Saturday. Only five miles away is the beautiful New Forest National Park and further afield the beaches of Bournmouth, the Isle of Purbeck and Dorset. Lymington is an excellent base for walking, bird watching, fishing, horse riding, sailing, cycling, the beach or just plain relaxing! The Quay, in the oldest Georgian part of the town, offers daily boat trips to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight and other local attractions include the Keyhaven Nature Reserve, Exbury Gardens, Beaulieu Palace and the world famous Motor Museum.
Getting around
There is public transport in the form of buses, trains and ferries, but being a small town these can be quite spaced out, so for travelling further afield and enjoying the Forest and coastline a car is recommended. For cycling enthusiasts there are many cycle routes.
