Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Salcombe is a delightful town for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. Within the town you will find two beaches, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s. The town houses a superb selection of pubs, restaurants and shops to suit all. Here, you can enjoy an adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip.
Just returned from an outstanding week spent at this property in Salcombe, Devon. The quality of the accommodation is excellent, with beautiful sunlight flooding into the lounge area all day, and the finishing work (decoration, fittings, furnishings etc.) to the very highest level.
Salcombe itself is a lovely little town within driving distance of a number of great locations suitable for day trips.
If you're looking for a high quality place to stay while in Devon, I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough.
