Perfect location for a weekend in Hay.
The flat is small but perfectly located and has everything you need for your stay. It's less than 5 minutes from the town centre and 2 minutes from the car park. You do need to be at the car park at 8AM each day and pay £4 for the day but it really is close enough that it's no hassle and there's a fair chance you won't be the only one. The owner was extremely helpful and we'll be staying here again.

Cosy and central
The flat is cute and had everything we needed. It's brilliantly central, straight out the door for the middle of Hay. It was also really quiet, we didn't hear anything from outside.

Brilliant!
Second time staying here and would thoroughly recommend. Ian is very helpful as are his staff (😉). Could not be more central and the apartment is so clean and well appointed. We look forward to coming back again and again.

Convenient & comfortable
Looks compact, but actually has all you need for a comfortable stay. Park at the long-stay car-park, and walk a minute or so to get in. Comfy bed, with opening Velux window above. The kitchen works well. Best of all, it's set right in the middle of the town, but with no roads close enough for any disturbances - just the odd friendly jackdaw caws.
