A great little flat, in a perfect location, with the most AMAZING views over the harbour. A lovely spot to sit and have a coffee in the morning.
Comfy beds, everything provided from towels to dishwasher tabets.
Would have been a 5 but could have been more thoroughly cleaned. (Crumbs on window sill next to table, bathroom floor not ovely clean. Just a bit more attention to detail and time needed)

Better than expected
I looked at the property on Google Street view before travelling, I was a bit wary, looked unpromising. However as soon as we opened the front door we were very happy. The hall was immaculate & the stairs not too steep for a woman of a certain age lugging her case up to the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful, the online pictures do not do it justice. The view was fabulous, everything was provided,including a hairdryer. It was very central, easy to reach both bays , OK it was uphill going back but not too bad. We would book this apartment again, in fact have already discussed it.

We are glad you didn’t find it too hard to get in and out of the flat or up and down to the bays. The downside to having such lovely views is that we are up from the seaside itself. So glad you enjoyed your stay. If you do decide to return, we look forward to welcoming you again.

The Bays Easter Break
This apartment exceeded my expectations as did Scarborough itself. Arriving here is the perfect start to a trip as we could orientate ourselves just by looking out of the front and back windows. North bay one side and the South on the other. The apartment is bright and much bigger than it looks in photos. It is well furnished a d the bedrooms are very comfortable. The shower is laid powerful which we all enjoyed. We enjoyed breakfast in the bay window looking out to see. I would highly recommend this apartment. The owners were extremely helpful too. We will return if we revisit Scarborough which is a fabulous seaside town.

An amazing sense of Wellbeing!
We were totally wowed by the Bays Apartment as soon as we walked in and saw the staggering view of sea and town and a sea view from every window. We loved it so much we ate in more than we'd planned because where else could match that view! The property is very clean, comfortable and has a lovely atmosphere with social space/open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. It's also so central for the North Bay, South Bay, castle, brilliant pubs and the town. It's 5 stars from us! Thank you Clare...

Amazing apartment will be coming back
Cannot fault the apartment at all, everything you need has been thought of, spotless and so much space. The view from the bay windows was a real treat. We'll be looking to come back next year, thank you so much for a fantastic stay

Highly Recommended
Very comfortable and quiet apartment with fantastic views over the harbour and south bay. (10 – 15 min walk into town centre and all the shops) ,we really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again sometime in the near future.

Beautiful apartment and view
This was our second stay in 10 months. The location is fabulous, the apartment is clean and has everything you need and that view...WOW! Lovely starting the day looking out over the South Bay and equally as nice in the evening. Clare is a fabulous host and always on hand to answer any questions and to give info before your stay. Thank you. Hope to be back again soon

Lovely apartment
Stayed in Scarborough often so know it very well. Think this has to be the best place I have stayed in the town. Central to the north and south bays so plenty to do and easy to get to all places on foot. Nothing is better than having a coffee and looking out to the South bay and harbour. Very clean and comfortable beds and shower. 😊

Super holiday
Once again we had an amazing stay. This is our second time at this apartment. Very good location, superb views and very central without being in the middle of the crowds and noise. Very well equipped apartment. Excellent communication with owner and key holder.

Great flat!
This is the 2nd time that we have stayed in this flat and it was just as good as the first time we visited!
The views are amazing across the south bay and you also get a view of the sea on the north bay too.
Location is perfect for the town centre and both bays.
Flat is in great condition with everything you need.
Loved it - thank you! We will definitely be back!

Located in the 'castle area' of Scarborough with stunning views over the harbour, the south bay and the north bay, this tastefully renovated, first floor holiday apartment is well located for those wishing to explore this wonderful seaside holiday resort. Offering attractions such as award winning sea life centre, art galleries, the stunning Spa Theatre and the Open Air theatre, the Spa Orchestra, Scarborough Fayre, along with festivals including Seafest, cricket festivals, Jazz and Bike Week. The area offers visitors award winning sandy beaches, 18-hole cliff top golf course and a bustling town centre with a mix of shops, tea rooms, inns and cafes. Shops, pubs and restaurants ¼ mile.

How to get there
Within easy walking distance of both bays and town cenre with its good bus and train links, a car is not essential. However Scarborough is located at the eastern end of the A64 which links to the A1 and M1 for north and south travel and to M62 for transpennine links. There is on road parking and a parking permit is provided.
