Lovely clean, bright and modern house in super location for exploring centre of Sidmouth and the south coast. A pleasant walk along the Byes to the seafront. We stayed at Newland's for Sidmouth folk festival and found it very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The garden was all paved/gravel and well enclosed making it very suitable for dogs.
