This was a great base for a long weekend in Ballater with the family. The rental had 3 good-sized bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen and living space; we stayed with 4 adults and 3 young children but it would also be fine for 6 adults (though only one bathroom). Very easy to book this property and the owner responds quickly to any enquiries. If you are looking for a quiet location, then this is definitely the place to stay. Situated in a peaceful corner of Ballater close to the Old Line Road. Cottage is extremely clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Very neat back garden adds to the charm of this delightful holiday home. This was our third visit here, we love it!...

What a lovely little house so pleased we booked here everything was so clean and tidy we had everything we needed and what a lovely location enjoyed quite a few walks in the woodland behind the house and loved the walk by the river :-) it's only a 10 minute walk to town which had lots of little shops to look in. I've never been to Scotland before and this was such a great experience...
