2 bedroom caravan for hire on Walsh's holiday park near Skegness and Ingoldmells about 1 to 1.5 miles from each and less than a mile from Butlins.
The caravan has central heating and double glazing. There are 2 TVs one in the lounge and one in the master bedroom plus a dvd player in the lounge. The caravan has everything you need for a comfortable stay including plates, cookware, utensils etc. At present we are unable to provide bed linen so you will need to bring your own.
The caravan park is a quiet holiday park with a takeaway, amusement centre, laundrette and play area on the park. A short stroll from the park and you will find various takeaways, cafes, a few shops, post office, bookies and a few pubs. The site has an all quiet policy after 11pm. Also there are no groups allowed, families and couples only.
Guests must check in before 5pm to get the keys as the site office closes at this time.

Lovely clean caravan. Near to lots of amenities and quiet enough to watch the rabbits racing round.Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful holiday and the Hungry Seahorse provides amazing home cooked food on site.

Beautiful caravan
Caravan was excellent but unable to park near to it as ground does not drain well. Apparently it's always busy and wet at Easter. Best time to go is in the summer. Reception and host were excellent.

Lovely relaxing week
Brilliant week spent in comfy, quiet surroundings. The Hungry Seahorse takeaway on site excelled. Loved it.

Once again a clean, restful caravan holiday
Our holiday in this caravan was lovely. There was plenty of space. The caravan was clean and the site well maintained. There was a takeaway service on site which was excellent although not open every day in low season. Overall a great holiday and we will book again.

Pleasant Stay
Nice quiet stay,site pretty empty at end of Sept.Van was comfy,although wouldn't go as far as luxury,perhaps when the covid lark has finally been laid to rest and we get back to normal and the missing touches are back.Some updating could be in order and better cleaning(cobwebs everywhere),but was reasonably priced and will return if we go to Skeggy in future.

Nice break.
Lovely caravan in a very quiet spot.
No traffic noise as you are well into the site from the road.
Had everything that was required for a comfortable stay.
As it was end of September we did need heating on and upon trying to get it working and a phone call to Jonathan the caravan very quickly got up to a comfy temperature once I set the thermostat.
Brilliant value for money and would highly recommend.
Jonathon's communication was just excellent and a big thank you for that.
We did return home early having booked 7 nights but that was only due to poor incoming weather.

Would not say its luxury but its ok for a cheap place to stay needs a good clean things need pulling out not just wiping around the pull out bed in room was so dirty all under the sofa was thick of dust please note this is not the owners it's the people they employ to clean it the man who I rented from sounded very nice and was helpful

Beautiful
Me and my friend Anna stayed here for 2 nights and we will definitley be returning. We arrived around half past 3 and was welcomed in reception, very easy passover with keys etc...
We we're shown on a map where abouts our caravan was (which was easy to locate and out of the way) which made things quicker, quieter and peaceful.
We unpacked and settled in quickly, we had everything we needed in the caravan which was good.
Shops, chinese, the beach, pubs etc.. all local!!!
We had no disturbance all weekend and at night there was no noise whatsoever. Even to say it was the Easter Holidays.
The caravan was plenty big for 2 people, but very cosy and made us feel at home.
The beach was about a 10-15 minute walk away, or 2-3 mins in the car!

The local area is nice and quiet, over the road from the caravan park there is a chip shop, Chinese takeaway, a small supermarket and subway. A short stroll towards the beach you can find a cafe, ice cream kiosk, arcade and restaurant.
Also locally to the park there are a couple of pubs. If you walk down the beach after about a 10 min walk you will find 3 further pubs usually with entertainment going on and serving food. Also there is a chip shop, arcade and various food kiosks selling hot dogs, burgers, candy floss, donuts etc.
Getting around
Buses right outside the park can take you to Ingoldmells, chapel st Leonard’s, Skegness and mablethorpe.
If you’re driving then Ingoldmells and Skegness are just 5 mins away by car and chapel st Leonard’s is about 10 mins away.
If you fancy walking then you can head straight down the beach towards Skegness or Ingoldmells and you should be there in around 30-40 mins.

There are bus stops right out the park and the train station is around 2 miles away.
