Arrived 7/7/23 Fridge/Freezer not working phoned Dimitri he came to check it and then came back with a replacement fridge (NO FREEZER) - very dirty -had been stored in an outbuilding had to clean it ourselves then could not use it for 24 hours as it had to settle, only 1 dishwasher tablet provided and the washing up liquid barely lasted the week. Lack of spare tea towels and hand towels in the kitchen - had to use the same ones all week (not hygenic). Radio downstairs not working and BOTH T.V's upstairs not working (Dimitri previously aware) mattress in front double bedroom very hard, need new pillows in both double bedrooms, duvets very thin, bedding is very old and cheap. No welcome pack provided just a bottle of Prosecco. Pictures on website do not give a true reflection - website needs updating. Coffee table in lounge far too small. Settee and chairs in lounge not comfortable and dirty. Smoke alarm in the summer house broken. The whole house is very, very dusty and not very clean - will not be returning!!

Frankcot stay
The house is in a great location close to shops and supermarkets and about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre, the house itself is lovely, modern and nicely decorated but more important CLEAN, the only thing my friend and I was not happy with was the beds, we didn't find them comfortable enough for us, maybe because we are in our 70s, [ a good mattress topper would help ], but apart from them everything was very good. Thank you Dimitri for the wine you left, we didn't drink it because we are not wine drinkers, but we did appreciate it and the milk you left for us. We would definitely recomend staying here for a holiday.

Stayed for a week with my wife and 2 dogs. Clean, tidy, comfortable, well equipped, great location. Regular calls from owner, Dimitri, to check all was well. Marvellous area. We cannot wait to return next year. Thank you Dimitri.

Second visit to this great house just outside Llandudno town Centre and in easy reach of shops and promenade about a mile away. House is a well maintained semi in a residential street with off road parking. It is modernised with well maintained features. Ground floor is open plan lounge with tv and DVD player, dining area and kitchen with large fridge freezer, electric cooker and a dish washer. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, each with wall mounted televisions and a single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with over the bath shower. All rooms are clean, comfortable and well presented. At the rear of the house is a raised decking area with furniture and a spacious summer house with chairs and a table. Dimitri and Anne left a gift basket of home made cake, bottle of wine and a bottle of milk.
We had 3 generations of our family over the weekend and we all thought the place was excellent.
It is such a nice place it is difficult to find a vacant date to visit. However we intend to get back when we can. Thanks Dimitri and Anne.

Lovely rental house
This is a lovely house, really close to town and the sea. Dimitri and Anne were very accommodating with a few last min unexpected changes, friendly and professional. The house was very clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

4 Day short break
Had a lovely short break at Frankcot. The house is immaculate and has everything you'd need and more. Situated close to the town and beaches, about a 10-15 minute walk. Lots of lovely places to visit and things to do. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Ann and Dimitri were lovely and most welcoming. Hopefully be back later in the year.

Excellent stay
Frankcot is a well maintained house, with ample amenities, clean and homely. Prices are reasonable.
There is a good enclosed garden, satellite TV and dogs are welcome.
Off road parking is available.
A lovely, thoughtful welcome gift
of fruit cake, fruit and bottle beer was waiting for us on arrival.
Frankcot is a short drive to Llandudno centre.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to stay.

A Great Place to Stay
We had a short 4 day stay. There were 5 for the 1st night we stayed with our son and his wife and our 4 yr old granddaughter and the following 3 nights it was just us and our granddaughter. All found the accommodation clean and inviting and very comfortable. House is located on a small residential road but only a mile from the promenade, shops and swimming pool. The house was well equipped and there were some dvd's provided which entertained our youngster when required. I vas very impressed by Ann and Dimitri's friendliness and helpfulness in arranging our stay and whilst we were there. They felt more like friends than landlords. Lovely touch of a home made cake and 2 bottles of locally brewed beer and a bunch of flowers and 2 pints of milk in the fridge. A thoughtful and much appreciated action on their part. We hope to be back as soon as we can but this is a popular destination and the vacancies soon get booked up. It really is a great place to stay.

Frankcot is situated in a residential area of Llandudno, there is a pub/restaurant within 5 minutes and the promenade is about 10 minutes walk.
The local retail park is also 10 minutes walk.
Getting around
The train station is about 1 mile away and also the buses are close by to the station.
If you like walking there is plenty of walks available in and around Llandudno, A must is a walk around the Great Orme 1 and 1/2 hours or 2 hours from the house , best views are early morning or early evening.

There are a few ways to reach the house from the A55.
The first is junction 22 (Scenic route) at the end of the slip road turn right, at the promenade turn left and follow the road all the way to Llandudno, you may want to stop in Rhos-on-sea, after passing the Little Orme, you will enjoy a spectacular view of Llandudno.
Junction 20,19,18 are other alternative road to Llandudno.
