Bookings are a minimum of a week long, from Saturday to Saturday in peak season. Out of season and last minute, short stays (less than a week) are possible. For details and prices on short stays, flexible changeover days, or discounted longer stays (three weeks or more) please contact Exclusively Eastbourne on 00 44 1323 40 60 90. Additional costs: There is an additional £75 supplement for any guests using the sofabed. Parking permits cost £1 per day / £30 booking fee.To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 plus the £30 booking fee. The balance of payment is then due six weeks before your arrival date. We also hold an additional £200 security deposit for the duration of your stay in case of damage or loss - this will be returned to you once the property has been checked and is satisfactory.

The charming town centre has a surprising number of excellent restaurants and a good selection of shops to while away a few hours – including a Museum of Shops. There is also the excellent contemporary Towner art gallery, plus four theatres, bars and clubs.
