You can relax and unwind with the large U-shaped sofa and watch the sailing boats on the water. The spacious kitchen adjoins the dining room and the property boasts two balconies where you can relax in the sun with our comfy lounger furniture. All your needs have been thought of during the renovation process, with TV’s in each bedroom, comfy beds, free WiFi and plenty of storage. The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped for self-catering holidays, complete with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washer dryer and a full complement of equipment. The main family bathroom and en-suite has also been re-fitted to a high standard. Please be aware that TripAdvisor includes a booking fee into the quote, which unfortunately we have no control over - this inflates the price. You can contact them for more information. Included in your rental is all of your linen, including a hand and bath sheet per person. If your stay is for longer than seven nights, we will replace all your linen once per week. As you are staying in the heart of Eastbourne, parking is a premium, however we provide daily permits for just £1, which covers most of Eastbourne and the sea front, giving you maximum flexibility. You can also park in the Queen’s Hotel opposite for £7 per day (payable at machine). As you cross the road to the promenade you can look across to Beachy Head from the seafront, take in a concert at the Band Stand or explore the South Downs National Park – an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here you can enjoy cliff-top walks along to the Belle Tout lighthouse and beyond, to Birling Gap, Friston Forest and the river Cuckmere, with sensational views for many miles. More

In the apartment there is a Welcome Pack and that explains how to use everything in the apartment and the WiFi code.

My family had a lovely holiday in Eastbourne. Queen’s Garden Accommodation was immaculate, spacious and an ideal location for us all to enjoy Eastbourne Seafront and local sites. Thank you.

About the neighborhood
Eastbourne in Sussex is officially the UKs sunniest spot in the uk and also voted Britains number one holiday-friendly destination. The town centre has a large selection of shops, whilst there are plenty of bars, clubs and restaurants to keep everyone going through the night. Its also a really family friendly resort – to keep the kids entertained, with Treasure Island, Fort Fun plenty of other entertainment, including rides, crazy golf and go-karting, and there are bags of further attractions to visit within the surrounding region.
Getting around
The train station is within 10 minutes walk of the apartment and here you can get connections to London, Brighton, Hastings and all across the South Coast. There is also a bus stop on the sea front, just two minutes walk away and that will take you up to Beachy Head, Seven Sisters and Brighton.
