Villa

Our Villa is situated 60 steps from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea near a cove from where you can take a dip. The sunsets are simply breathtaking. The house is built on three levels (stairs) and is fitted with all amenities. There is a lovely patio on the middle level and terrific views from the lounge/dining and upper bedrooms.Our village is primarily residential thus not in the tourist hub-bub but close to Kato Paphos, the outstanding archaeological sites and new shopping mall. It is 6kms to Kato Paphos and 8km to Coral Bay where the better beaches are to be found.

No parties and loud music. No groups of friends. This is a residential village. Children must be supervised. There are many stairs and balconies. The pool has a lifeguard, subject to set hours. Please replace any item broken. There is a valuables safe, we accept no liability for lost valuables. Please respect our beautiful home. Keep doors and windows closed when using airconditioning and switch off when you are out of the apartment. Power is very expensive in Cyprus.

AMAZING!

We spent 5 fabulous weeks in this peaceful villa. Its balcony has beautiful sunset views. Loved it ♡

Out of the Blue, Apollo Villas, Chlorakas

This is about the Out of the Blue villa of Apollo Villlas, Chlorakas near Paphos, booked via VRBO. What’s not included in the website are internal stairs which rise very sharply and with a 90 degree turn, snd In adequate handrail which presents a serious hazard. After hurting my back on this .. snd I may be 70 but get around just fine .. requests for a bed to be installed on ground floor, to allow a continued holiday at all, we’re met with suggestions of mattresses on sunbed or I could buy a fold down bed. Grounds of cost prevented moving a bed until,without notice which meant I had cancelled snd rebooked a flight home, a bed was provided on ground floor. Though s lovely villa , and paphos area is lovely too, this and the 1 in 3 gradient of the driveway seriously spoiled s much looked for holiday. VRBO in my experience couldn’t care less. Accepting g complaint one day, sending a feedback form for a closed issue the next! It’s a lovely place, apparently nobody else has ever had a problem with these stairs, very surprising, but I want to make sure that future holiday makers are fully aware and don’t have the disappointment and discomfort I experienced. Getting around

There is a very reliable bus service (no 615) and the coastal track is a long but picturesque stroll. I would however recommend a car. Please note that the garage is not available but there is space to park one car off the road.
