The local beach at La Zenia is a 15 minute walk and the beach of Cabo Roig is 20 minutes walk away . This property comes with aircondition as standard . There is lovely communal pool which is in front of the apartment. La Zenia has always been a top tourist destination for sun loving holiday-makers. Great beaches line the coast. Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor offer some of the cleanest and brightest beaches in all of Spain. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, it's no wonder tourists come here to enjoy and also golfers will be more than happy with 10 golf courses in a driving range of 25 minutes. Experiencia agradable
Realmente fue una experiencia muy buena. La zona muy tranquila, la casa perfecta para nosotros, y el trato con el anfitrión genial. Lo mejor, la piscina, la cercanía a la playa ( 5 minutos en coche). Todo perfecto.

Apartamento, bueno ,confortable, con piscina y unos anfitriones muy amables
Apartamento limpio, confortable, con aire acondionado, la piscina esta muy bien, para ir a las calas se necesita ir en coche, por comodidad, dispone de todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. Los anfitriones muy amables, son belgas pero se hacen entender bien. Tuvimos un problema con la television y lo solucionaron rapidamente. Encantados con ellos, para repetir.

Basic but clean
Clean and tidy apartment but basic. Near all amenities good shopping center near by. Even though a tv was there only one spanish channel and no radio . Also the guy needed to be contacted again even though I had phoned him to say what time I would arrive. Would stay again.

pues bien todo estamos en mitad de las vacaciones pero todo perfecto desde el dia que llegamos y el apartamento bien cuidado y limpio con sus cosas necesarias y aire acondicionado para el dia a dia un saludo y gracias...

Terrible
Had a so called cleaner turn up and demand 60 euros in cash and I said I will pay into his business account ? But got angry with me cause he wanted CASH and he said he had no business accounts ???
