This top floor apartment is in the very popular Aquamarina Complex , the apartment itself has all the mod cons that you need for a happy holiday . As you enter the apartment you will be surprised as to how big this living room area really is .There is satelite tv aswell as aircondition both in the living room and main bedroom . This property is nicely furnished and with everything you will need for a pleasant holiday . The two bedrooms are of a good size and both with built in wardrobes plus you have a good size family bathroom .

Excellent service
Great spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed within walking distance. The hosts Rich and Donna gave excellent service from start to finish even collecting some basic shopping at the last minute due to a flight delay. We have already booked for this year!

Clean and convenient
Stayed here in October with my husband. apartment was basic but clean and comfortable.It is very close to supermarket, chemist and other shops. Lots of bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk to strip.Could see sea from balcony but also a row of bins which could be a bit noisy, Could not hear any noise from bars on strip.Also short walk to beach.

En general, bien. Aunque está cerca de zona de copas y a la salida siempre hay ruido, pero no tendría inconveniente en volver.

Ok, but no return
Two adults & two children stayed in a 3rd floor apt in the aquamarina complex, No problems with the owner or the apt itself, it was basic but clean and hassle free. there was no reception or wifi, the appartments seem to be owned by different individuals so nobody in charge of what went on. Just before we left one family were drinking from glasses while sitting with their legs in the pool, children eating ice-cream in the pool. Theres a nice café and ice cream shop beside the complex but you must leave through the gate to go there.

rien à dire, bel appartement avec mer à proximité ainsi que les restaurants , supermarché, etc.. propriétaire sympa, le tout dans une belle région ou on est certain de passer des vacances sous le soleil

Very good overall!!
Sharon was very helpful. Great location from strip and beach but yet quiet as was on top floor. There was no reception area in the complex, which was surprising. But overall, great value for money. Would recommend!

Great Location
Apartment clean well maintained . All Mod Cons. Close to the Cabo Roig Strip and the Beaches Paddy Point 10 minute walk away.****

About the neighborhood
One of the most exclusive and popular of the Orihuela Costa. Cabo Roig is very busy during the summer months but tends to be quiet during the winter time. This resort has plenty to offer! There are 2 fine beaches (Cala Caleta and Cala Capitan) and amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea to La Manga. The famous Cabo Roig strip runs along the N332 through the heart of Cabo Roig and it is where you will find some of the best entertainment in the area. There is a superb marina a spectacular and picturesque cliff walk to La Zenia, and a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants. For the golf enthusiast it is worth noting that Cabo Roig is just a short drive from 3 local golf courses at Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.
