There is also a very good choice or restaurants and bars to choose from and all within a seven minute walk

This is a nicely presented 2 bedroom 3rd floor apartment. It has basically everything you need and is fairly comfortable. It has aircon in the lounge, but would have been appreciated in the bedrooms.
Unfortunately the pool was being renovated whilst we were there which was very disappointing. The future visitors will however benefit from a new pool.
The beach is a 10min walk and the supermarket is about 20mins. There is a bar on the beach and restaurants. Other places to eat can be walked to.

Couldn’t be happier with our apartment.. it’s so clean and comfy .. Richard was great he was here to greet us when we arrived right on time plus anything you need to know the owners are very quick to respond and are very helpful.. quiet area about 10min walk to the beach and 20min walk to restaurants.. just perfect for us…… our view having breakfast every morning is just perfect ….

GREAT
The apartment does "what it says on the tin"!
It is clean, quiet and has a lovely pool area.
La Zenia beach is a 5 min stroll down the road, Cala Capitan is just around the corner.
Night time gives you the choice of Cabo Roig strip or slightly quieter La Zenia.
Richard Goode, the property manager was fantastic with us after an 11 hour delay getting there and I will definitely book this area again

Quiet with everything you need within a 10 min walk
The apartment was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen and freshly laundered bed linen which suited us as I iron everything including dish cloths!. The apartment was close to the beach & restaurants for those fit to walk 10 mins. We stayed the first week in July and the area was quiet compared to our usual stay the first week in August. Lovely open balcony with a sea view which was very relaxing to have breakfast in the morning sunshine. The whole apartment was open & airy.The only downside was no air conditioning in the bedrooms but some in the main kitchen/living area which cooled the whole apartment down if the doors were left open. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Apartment walking distance to the beach and fab sea views
Lovely comfortable apartment with fantastic sea views and walking distance to La Zenia beach. Spent a lot of the holiday either sat on one of the balconies or going for walks around the local area. There is a fantastic communal pool, although didn't use it as too cold for us in December. Easy distance to La Zenia Boulevard.

Relaxing stay
We stayed here for one week and it was lovely. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need from lounge chairs for the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is very central, 10 mins walk to the strip and 20 to the shopping centre. There is a beautiful costal walk nearby. The property managers are very helpful and friendly and they will organise transfers to and from the airport.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment, clean & spacious. Loved the wrap around balcony, great sea views! Nice pool area, only downside it is closed between 15.30 & 17.30 😕. Close to the beach, Cabo Roig strip & La Zenia. Thanks to Richard & Donna who were very welcoming & always contactable. 😎

Lovely apartment
Had lovely holiday, apartment very well equipped and pool lovely. Air con in bedrooms would be great as very hot at night, but would reccomend, close to shops bars and beaches. Thanks

Bright airy apartment with fantastic sea views
The flat was a great location not too far from the beach and also a short walk from cabo roig strip.
The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean&tidy and had all modern fittings for cooking although we eat out most nights .We hired a car for the week and fortunately the flat had a private gated car park.
The residents pool was ideal and had good sun coverage , it was closed for 3 days during our stay to retile the shower area.On those days we walked to the la zenia beach with the flats trolley&loungers which took about 8 minutes.
I would definitely recommend this flat and wouldn't hesitate to rebook in the future.

Fantastic Apartment
This Apartment is fantastic. It's location could not be better and we will definitely be coming back.
The management team where very helpful explaining everything and communication was so easy.
The views of the apartment overlook the sea and surrounding area. Is beautiful.
The best beaches of the area is a 5 minutes walk down the road and there is a great beach bar also
The restaurants and bars of the famous cabo roig strip is a 8 minutes walk plus la zenia centre is close by also

About the neighborhood
This is another well loved resort boasting two fine beaches and great facilities. Both beaches have 'blue flag' status and are well cared for and maintained. In the summer months you will find a number of water sports being offer on La Zenia beach.
La Zenia is the location of the famous Paddy's Point bar, one of the best known bars along the Costa Blanca, popular with the Irish. La Zenia is located between the towns of Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca and as such is handy for many of the same facilities. La Zenia is a popular and desirable holiday location.
A particularly great feature is the picturesque cliff walk to Cabo Roig, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea towards the sports resort of La Manga. La Zenia currently has a good range of shops, bars and restaurants and a new commercial centre being developed close to the motorway junction. This will greatly improve the range of facilities available for visitors to the area .
