Even in winter the Gower is beautiful
My fav coffee spot just a short walk from the Annex
view into bathroom area
Bedroom with vaulted ceiling
stair well in bedroom
Or you can do one of many costal runs/walks that are spectacular
Any season is good for the Gower as there is alway lots of activities

The cottage is a newly renovated stone building that at one time was the stable to one of the original farm houses (next door) on the hill in Mumbles over 150 years ago. The property has been very sympathetically renovated keeping the old features and architecture, complimenting it with the highest level of modern comforts and technology. The one bedroom luxury cottage comprises of the bedroom with white washed stone walls, hardwood (double glazed)windows & period furniture. There is a stairway that leads to a landing with views of Swansea Bay and the entrance to the bathrooms comprising of a power shower, toilet and double wash basins. A cosy and personal space with lovely furniture and fittings. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a little longer if visiting the area. Easy walking distance to the shops, Oystermouth castle and Mumbles foreshore. The only downside was the lack of parking but that need not put a dampener on your visit.

That Shorebase annex has that wow factor is something of an understatement. There is craftsmanship on show, from the skirting carved around the stone walls, the exterior lighting, to the modern and stylish kitchen. Lovely little cottage in Mumbles. It is at the top end of Mumbles, about 5 minutes from the centre with some lovely little shops and so many places to eat. Shorter breaks may be available on request - minimum stay 3 nights - minimum price £665.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Electricity and Gas are provided.

Payment Terms: 25% of rent (or £300 - whichever is the greater) is to be paid at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Additionally, we require a returnable damage deposit of £300 to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. This is returned when the changeover has been completed and it's confirmed that there isn't any damage or breakages.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. If travelling from abroad, you will be requested to add £10 (Europe) or £20 (non-Europe) to the damage deposit to cover UK bank charges to return the money to your own bank account.
