The central location of the apartment offers an excellent infrastructure. Währing is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Vienna. With a wide variety of shopping opportunities, restaurants and cultural attractions very close by and the ideal connection to public transport this is the perfect city apartment.

If you arrive by car:
Since 2017 our whole district is an area-wide short-term parking. We recommend to park the car at the Park&Ride facility 'Spittelau' which is only 2 subway stations away and costs only EUR 3,40 per day.
To pack and unpack your car you may park close to the building in the short-term parking zone (we will provide a 1h parking ticket for you for that purpose).
Need a proper invoice?
As a registered real estate ownership we pay taxes and stick to Austrian law and regulations. Therefor we can also provide a proper invoice with VAT should you need it for reimbursement (eg. by your employer). Invoices can be issued in German or English.

Eine wirklich tolle Wohung in einer genialen Lage. Mit Tramm oder U-Bahn geht es schnell in die Innestadt. Im Bezirk gibt es eine schöne Gemüsemarkte und das Cafe Himmenblau. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war entspannt. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen. Viel Dank

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage
Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist nur zwei Minuten von der U-Bahn Station entfernt und daher sehr gut gelegen. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Excellent apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a very clean & spacious apartment, great location, and a thoughtful host. (We are a family with an adult son and two teenage daughters.) Highly recommended.

Amazing apartment in fantastic location
Our family of 5 (including 3 older teenagers) stayed in this amazing apartment for two weeks over Christmas/New Year 2017. The owner, Thomas, was great to deal with through the whole booking process and even took the time to pop in and say hello upon our arrival. The apartment is very well fitted out, with Thomas having thought of every little thing you may need when travelling, right through to a USB charger. We cooked on several occasions (including dinner on Christmas Eve) and found everything we needed in the apartment. We loved the location and found it very easy to get around Vienna with the both the subway and tram system not far from the front door, and a range of great food stores and a fresh food market nearby. My brother and his family rented Thomas' other apartment downstairs over the same time, which was also gorgeous. Could not recommend more highly.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben die Tage in Wien sehr genossen. In der Wohnung fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer geräumig, Bad und Küche bestens ausgestattet, ein guter Bäcker und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Mit der Tram ist man in 10 min in der Stadt. Vielen Dank an Herrn Rief, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben eine modern eingerichtete, große Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Idealer Standort zum Start für Stadtbesichtigungen, da U-Bahn und Straßenbahnstation direkt vor der Haustüre liegen.
Vom Eigentümer Herr Rief wurden wir freundlich aufgenommen und mit allen Informationen versorgt.

Schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral bei U6 Währinger Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely apartment with wonderful host
We had the pleasure of staying in Apartment 12 during a 3-month sabbatical visit to Vienna. The location is ideal - everything you need can be found in an easy walk along Wharingerstrasse including a 7-day open-air market for fresh fruit, veg, meat and baked goods. Traditional Vienna cafe two blocks away. Thomas is an excellent host and looked after us extremely well. You can get anywhere in Vienna with ease - both the Metro and a tram heading into the old town (District 1) are within one block. We hope to stay here every time we are lucky enough to get to Vienna!

Great home-like, charming flat
The owner was very flexible regarding time of arrival and departure. The flat was occupied with all things you need, clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood with the great transportsystem of Vienna near the house. We felt very much at home during our stay. An elevator in the house would have made things perfect.

The 18th district (Waehring) is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Vienna. With a wide variety of shopping opportunities, restaurants and cultural attractions very close by and the ideal connection to public transport this is the perfect city apartment.
