We had a lovely holiday in Vienna last summer and a large part of that was due to the excellent accommodation! First-class apartments is a home from home. It was beautifully clean. The balcony was great for meals and relaxing at any time of the day. The proximity to Schönbrunn Palace is brilliant, not least for a refreshing swim in the open air pool in the palace gardens! It was easy to get into the city centre and the apartment is in a nice suburb. All in all a refreshing break. Many thanks Hristo!

Weekend break
Spent 5 nights in this lovely apartment in the most beautiful of cities. Hristo the apartment manager was very helpful with booking airport transfers and recommending various places to visit, eat etc. When I visit again I will certainly be staying here. The apartment was also spotlessly clean with everything you could need in a home from home.

Perfect, comfortable, spacious apartment
This very spacious and comfortable apartment is in a lovely quiet area and within easy reach of the centre of Vienna (30 minutes door to door) and a 10 minute stroll to the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace. The owners were extremely helpful before our trip and when we arrived, helping us with directions and ideas of places to visit (we went for the Christmas Markets which there are about 6 or 7, all at stunning venues - definitely worth a trip for). The apartment is thoughtfully stocked with everything you will need for your stay - including condiments, tea and coffee, toiletries and even polish to shine your shoes. There's the added bonus of a lovely balcony to sit and while the evening away. We need to go back to visit the palaces and would definitely stay at this apartment again, and would highly recommend it.

Convenient and Fully equipped with splendid rearward courtyard.
Near to Schonbrunn Place and their attached public gardens, which are a delight. The latter especially not to be missed when a setting sun reflects on the Schonbrunn yellow; as viewed from the lawns of the garden's hill.
Apartment within easy reach of U bahn, via short bus ride. Plentiful local supermarkets. Apartment contains all appropriate conveniences for holiday needs. Its balcony overlooks an enclosed rear quadrangle, which catches the sun providing a splendid breakfast terrace, as well as a quiet evening dining venue.

Comfortable!
A very large and roomy apartment in an easily accessible yet also quiet part of town. Very near the Schönbrunn palace. Great restaurants, grocery and other shopping right around the corner. Close to at least 3 subway stops.
Apartment is meticulously clean and roomy. Beautiful terrace overlooking a green patch. All the amenities one needs (full kitchen, iron, hair dryer, TV, wifi, etc.). Hristo goes out of his way to make sure his guests are comfortable!

Love the apartment, very quiet neighborhood.
This was a beautiful apartment. We had breakfast on the patio every morning and had drinks out there every night. The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance from Schonbrunn Palace. Also, the train station was within distance and a very short ride to city center. If you are looking for a place that is outside of the hustle of the city, this is for you!

Visiting Vienna
Good location next to Royal Gardens and Palace and 15 mins taxi to City by Uber . Nice clean spacious apartment with full amenities .

Excellent and exactly as described.
This apartment is excellent and exactly as described. It's close to Schönbrunn, the U-bahn, supermarkets and eateries. The host takes great pride in ensuring that the needs of his guests are catered for.
The apartment is modern, comfortable and extremely well-maintained.
It is truly a home away from home, is well- equipped (too often apartments are not) and impeccably clean.
A plus for us was that it was located in a quiet part of the city but close enough to all attractions.
We highly recommend this apartment for couples and families who like to explore Vienna independently

appartamento bellissimo, funzionale e comodo
L'appartamento si trova in una zona di Vienna, vicino a Schoenbrun, un poco periferica. A circa 10 minuti c'e' la stazione della Metro, la U6. Dopo un paio di giorni, studiandoci il posto, abbiamo cominciato a prendere l'autobus, il 9a che porta ad un'altra stazione Metro. La fermata dell'autobus a poco meno di 5 minuti da casa.Ovviamente tutti i tipi di trasporto sono puntualissimi, ci si potrebbe rimettere l'orologio. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo di 4, con ascensore. Siamo gli unici al piano. Appena si entra c'è un ingresso lungo e stretto dove si apre sulla destra la stanzetta con il WC. Andando avanti il salone e la cucina molto grandi e funzionali. Dalla cucina una terrazza di pianta quadrata con un tavolo e 4 sedie. Data l'elevata temperatura che c'è stata abbiamo sempre cenato fuori e naturalmente anche la colazione. Lungo il corridoio sulla sinistra si accede alla stanza doccia /vasca, c'è anche la lavatrice. dopo le due camere doppie con 2 letti matrimoniali e armadi ampi, uno dei quali è una cabina armadio.
La signora che ci ha accolto è la moglie del proprietario. E' stata molto gentile e ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli. Se avessimo avuto problemi avremmo potuto telefonare.
Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Vienna riprenoterei questo appartamento. Peccato che in totale sono 5 posti e noi spesso e volentieri, a parte questa volta, siamo in 6.
Erano più di 30 anni che non vedevo Vienna e averla rivista avendo questa struttura a disposizione ha fatto sì che la trovassi ancora più bella.
