Excellent location, lots of space and excellent equipped
Great location, close to public transport and Meidling station. Easily fits 5 persons perhaps 6. Really great place.

Great stay
Cons – In the shower room you should put a mat or something on the floor. After shower there's water everywhere and nowhere for it to go. Also, at the toilet there should be a towel hanger.
Also, maybe you could consider the check out hour. 10 a.m. it's kinda early in my opinion
Pro – Really spacious apartment. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.
Very close to the metro station, market nearby.

Schönes Appartement, leider mit starken Gebrauchsspuren und nicht wirklich gut gereinigt
Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage, ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten, die Betten sind super bequem. Die ganze Abwicklung, Kommunikation, mieten eines Parkplatzes hat super geklappt, dafür vielen Dank! Für 5 Personen reichlich Platz. Riesen Wohn/Esszimmer. U-Bahn Station in unmittelbare Nähe, ebenso der Wochenmarkt und ein großer Spar. Das Appartement ist überwiegend mit IKEA Möbeln eingerichtet, die leider starke Gebrauchsspuren hatten. Flecken auf den Stühlen im Esszimmer, Beschädigungen des Tisches. am Spiegel im Flur, eine Ecke im Rahmen raus geschlagen, das Schutzgeländer oben im Wohnzimmer ist auf der einen Seite nicht wirklich mit der Wand verbunden und wackelt stark, die Beleuchtung des Spiegelschrankes im Bad ist komplett defekt. Alles in allem an allen Wänden schwarze Striche von Mietern die nicht wirklich sorgsam mit der gemieteten Wohnung umgegangen sind. Leider könnte die Putzfirma etwas gründlicher wischen..... Eine zeitnahe Renovierung würde der Wohnung gut tun!
