It has a seating area with sofas and flat-screen, DVD player, free Wifi as well as an open kitchen with stove and dining area. A washing machine and a dishwasher are included. Guests may relax at the sun loungers by the pool or enjoy the BBQ facilities with supplemental al fresco dining. Matured garden with plants delivers great feelings of nature on site. The house is located in a cul de sac with a separate road leading to its entrance. Attendance and cleanness are the top priorities. Electricity consumption in excess of 250 kWh per week, will be charged at 0.30 EUR per kWh. Housekeeping & Pool Cleaning Services are included in the price. Housekeeping Services include a mid-stay cleaning and change of linen & towels for bookings over 7 nights and each 7 night period thereafter.

Larnaca Airport bus shuttle service to Paralimni (Kapnos Airport Shuttle) has regular journeys from Larnaca Airport to Saint George - Central Station, Paralimni. Timetable: Everyday 04:45, 05:45, 07:45, 08:30, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00, 20:30, 22:00 Journey Duration: 60 minutes From Saint George - Central Station you can use 301 local bus and get to Kappari Avenue 2 which is in walking distance to the house. Walk approximately 220m to Tony’s Cyprus Tavern. Also it is possible to take busses 101 and 102 heading towards Protaras and get off at Protaras Avenue 1 bus stop - the distance to Tony’s Cyprus Tavern will be approximately 600m. From Tony’s Cyprus Tavern to the villa: On the left side Tony’s Tavern there is a road leading toward the see. Take this road and turn right at the second right turn (220m from Tony’s ) off this road. Take another right turn immediately and you will find yourself on the small dead-end road which leads directly to the villa’s entrance.
