We’ve just come back from a week at paradise villas. My kids didn’t leave the pool, and the fact our balcony and terrace overlooked the pool was a massive bonus and made our holiday so relaxing. It felt really safe, honestly and had absolutely everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here last August and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything you needed was in the apartment. It was very quiet and relaxing and the pools were amazing. We had our granddaughter to visit a few days and she had an absolute ball in the pool and following the cats everywhere. I would definitely recommend this apartment, you won't be disappointed. You can get the bus as the end of the road into town and the bus service is fantastic. Tracy and Rob who look after the apartments are lovely people and any problems they sorted them out fast and efficiently. We would not go in August again as it was too hot but would love to come back in October 2019.

The apartment was a pleasant surprise as the photos and the descriptions matched perfectly. It is very spacious with all the amenities and facilities to make you feel at home. The two pools were well maintained and holiday makers around the pool were friendly. A car is recommended, but if like ourselves you don't mind walking the apartment is situated approx 20 mins from the Harbour and the Kings Mall. The balcony is a real delight with lots of space to eat outside, sunbathe or to simply just star gaze in the sky. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and the friendly hello by the apartment management to make sure everything was to our satisfaction was very comforting. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Our penthouse apartment in Paradise Gardens IV was ideal for a family holiday, very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The grounds and gardens were lovely - especially the swimming pools which we used at least once everyday during our two week stay. The balcony has a large awning and parasol and the rooms were fitted with air con units - all were needed due to temperatures of 36 degrees throughout our holiday. There is a well equipped farm market at the end of the drive which was useful for essentials and an efficient bus service for days when we did not want to walk into Paphos centre.

We had a lovely holiday at Paradise Gardens. We stayed in a two bedroom house which was well equipped for our stay and very spacious. The gardens an pools on the complex are beautiful. One of the pools it very shallow which is great for kids, however while we were there in the height of summer it did mean that the water was very warm in the pool, and not refreshing! The whole complex was very quiet and the other holiday makers very friendly. It was quite a long walk to the seafront, around 20 minutes, so I would recommend a car. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely apartment and area for our autumn chillout. Excellent facilities both in the apartment and the concourse, all excellently maintained. We really enjoyed our morning and late afternoon swims in the beautiful situated pools, choice of 2. Breakfast and pre dinner drinks on the balcony with either rising or setting sun began and ended our days. Easy walking access to Kato Paphos and the harbour, beaches and cafes. Also local tavernas offer very tasty economic meals. Akamas peninsular and Troodos only short car journey away. Definitely would recommend this property and its facilities.

A really lovely spacious apartment, far closer to the restaurants and bars of Kato Paphos than expected, but an adequate distance away to ensure a nice relaxing stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, with a really good sized kitchen and living area, two separate bathrooms - one with bath & shower and one with shower, two bedrooms - one double and one twin, and pretty much every facility you can think of. Internet access, TV channels galore - with the ability to record!, stereo for iPod use, all kitchen facilities including washing machine etc, and was spotlessly clean. Rob and Tracy who look after the apartment were also really lovely and available to help whenever we might have needed them. All in all, a really nice apartment I would definitely recommend staying at.

Just returned from our second holiday at Paradise Gardens in Kato-Paphos. Quiet and relaxing location with the option of a 15 minute walk into the town. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.The apartment is well resourced for eating in, and the balcony makes a pleasant eating area. Rob and Tracy live on the complex and know the area well, they recommended places to visit and restaurants to try. There are two pools which are maintained to a high standard and are positioned surrounded by beautiful coloured foliage. Would most certainly recommend this apartment. .
