First of all we would like to thank the owner for all his help organising a taxi service to and from the airport and all the restaurant recommendations and helpful service he gave us. The Villa is very spacious with everything you need to hand and in a quiet and safe area with plenty of parking. The pool is amazing and very clean. We will definitely be returning next year!

We stayed at this villa for 10 days in July/August 2019, we wished we had booked for 14 days as it is a lovely location with bars, restaurants and a big supermarket called Philippos. To get to Coral Bay main strip you had to walk up a hill, but was a 5-10 mins walk, so next time we will book to rent a car and visit a few places. You can book day trips which are quite reasonable, we booked the Jeep safari which was €40 for the whole day. It is a 10-15 mins walk to Coral Beach with watersports and bars/cafe. There is a bus route, bus 615 every 10 mins to get to the beach or paphos harbour for €5 per day, so you can use as many times as you like for that day. The villa was fully equipped with everything you need and very spacious as there was 7 of us there. The pool area was a great size and sunbeds for everyone. Andrew from the management company was very helpful if needed and the owner David was available by text. We hopefully be booking again for 2020. Thanks for an amazing holiday.🌞

I stayed at Marina. Sunset villa the last week of August with my husband and 3 daughters, aged 11-14. The directions given for the villa and communication before our trip were perfect. The Villa was very easy to find and had everything we needed, including fresh bread, tea, coffee, milk, eggs, jam and butter on arrival which was a lovely touch. The pool was amazing and at this time of year quite warm! The outdoor BBQ area was handy and we made use of this after purchasing a €20 BBQ pack from Philipos supermarket (which is only a few minutes drive away). You can get everything you could possibly need at Philipos but not everything is priced, so if you have a budget beware. There is a Lidl a short drive away towards Paphos town and if you want pizza I would suggest going there as Philipos is expensive for that kind of thing. Philipos has a fantastic selection of meats and fish. If you're going to eat out the Coral Bay strip has all sorts of different restaurants and is only a 5 minute walk away. We visited Coral King and Lekanto, both are highly recommended (especially desserts at Lekanto)! The villa location is perfect, 5 mins from the beach, shops and restaurants. 30mins drive to Lara Bay and 30 mins drive the other way to Paphos harbour. Buses do run from the strip to Paphos harbour too. James, who looks after the property is really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He is very knowledgeable about the area and has good recommendations. The villa has much needed air-con which made for a great nights sleep as well as the really comfortable beds. We all felt at home there right away and would highly recommend this villa, we definitely intend to book again.

I have just returned from an amazing 10 days stay at this beautiful villa with 3 others.The villa contained everything we needed for our stay and had easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and local buses within 10 minute walk. Right from the moment we booked David took care of everything to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. Would definately recommend and planning to book a return trip for next year.

I have just returned from a lovely week in sunny Cyprus with my boyfriend & 3 year old son. I can’t not recommend this villa enough & have been telling friends and family how amazing our villa/holiday was. Dave the owner arranged a taxi to collect us at the airport to make sure we arrived safe & sound to his villa. The villa is spotless and very modern it’s fully equipped with everything from irons & hairdryers, dishwasher and washing machine. If the is anything you need you will find it in the cupboards 😂 I was also impressed with the small details like plastic cups and straws for the kids. The outside area is amazing and the sun is always shining on the pool so nice warm water. My boyfriend was very impressed with the big bbq & we had bbqs most day sitting by the outside table and chairs which is in the shade and was perfect for me. The view from the outside is picturesque. The villa is located just 5/10 min walk from the high street which has loads of restaurants & bars, we tried many and never had a bad meal while staying in coral bay. We will definitely be trying the other restaurants on our next trip to Dave’s villa. The is also a travel company that you can book day trips for boats trips and water parks at the top of the hill and a bank if you need it, the bus stop is really handy with buses every 5-10 mins into Paphos town which is only a 15 min drive away. The beach is gorgeous in coral bay and again only a short walk if you continue walking after you get to the main entrance you will find a much quieter area of beach which is perfect for small children. Dave couldn’t have been more helpful before during and after our stay. Answered all my questions and text throughout the week to make sure we was happy and ok & got back to London safe and sound. I can’t wait to go back & im sure after staying here you’d feel the same Thank you Dave X

We stayed at this villa for a week in August and wished we stayed longer. It is located in a peaceful area but only a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Coral Bay. The villa has everything you need - the kitchen is fully equipped and all bedrooms have plenty of hanging space and a hairdryer. On the ground floor is one bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living room. Doors to the pool area from the living room and bedroom. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms lead out onto the upstairs balcony. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living area. The pool is a nice size with sunbeds for everyone. The pool area has sun all day but there is a seating area in the shade with patio table and chairs. There is also a BBQ. Coral Bay is a 5 minute walk up a hill. Its reasonably busy but we never had a problem getting a table in the restaurants - there are so many to chose from. It's a very family friendly resort. If you want a change of scenery, you can get the 615 bus from the top of the hill. It goes to the Harbour in Paphos, along the coast road, passing other restaurants near the old town. Would definitely recommend The Sea You Beach bar - a Caribbean style beach bar with lovely food and great cocktails. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. Its not the best beach but lively with plenty going on, watersports and beach bar. If you want to go to Coral Bay, I would thoroughly recommend this villa!

What can I say, this Villa is amazing has everything you need and is in a brilliant location with shops,bars and resturants near by. Already booked for next year I CAN'T WAIT! Help is always at hand from James who is the villa management team and also Dave the owner was available and quick to answer any queries before my arrival. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

My family and I (wife, 16 month old daughter and in laws), stayed here for 10 nights. Have to say that as far as villa rentals go, you couldn't ask for much more and we won't hesitate in recommending it to family and friends. excellent location for local amenities, bars, shops etc. Very quiet as it's set back from the main strip. Regular bus (615) to Paphos harbor from the main strip, and to the lovely beach at coral bay (1.50 euro's to Paphos during the day 2.50 euros on an evening one way). We had a problem on arrival with the internet but James, who's part of the management company, came immediately the next day as we arrived late at night. James was contactable at any point and was really helpful. The pool is situated in a position where the sun is constantly on it so the temperature was always warm. Julie the next door neighbor was also really friendly and helpful, we borrowed a high chair and a mattress for the travel cot as there wasn't one in the villa (didn't cause us any problems though). Thank you for such a wonderful family holiday.

I have just come back and already booked again for July,it was that Good !!!Location was perfect,everything close by ie shops, bars,restaurants,and bus services to the beach and to Pathos. I have never stayed anywhere so well equipped.There was not one thing we needed that was not provided,even a hairdryer in each bedroom.There was plenty of wardrobe space and hangers too.The pool was ideal with the sun on it all day. for those who needed shade,there is a covered area with table and chairs plus a BBQ area.James looked after the pool for us and anything else we needed and was very helpful.All in all,this holiday far exceeded my expectations and I would certainly recommend it!!
