We stayed at St Killians as a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) and it was absolutely perfect for us! We were there for 2 weeks at the end of August, and wished we could have stayed longer. The villa had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was amazing. You don't need a car here as everything you need is within walking distance, the local supermarket will deliver your shopping, and there's a good bus service - however we did hire one from Nesta and Maria's at the end of the road as we liked to have the flexibility. The real highlight was the outdoor area and pool. The area has been really well designed and is beautiful and relaxing. There is a hotel nearby, but you don't feel overlooked at all due to the way the planting has been done - there's a wonderful tree that obscures the view, and provides a little shade over the pool so it can be used in the heat of the day without risking sunburn. The pool was beautiful and warm, and we used it daily. We really loved this villa, and would have booked for next year except the dates we wanted had already gone. We'll be back in 2024 for sure though!

We had a fabulous holiday in your wonderful villa. The location is fantastic within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The Villa is highly recommended and hopefully we will return soon. We spent a lot of time simply relaxing in the beautiful garden and enjoying the private swimming pool. Coral Bay beach is only a short walk away and well worth the visit. The Villa has everything you need and is really comfortable. Many highly recommended restaurants nearby, we especially enjoyed Seriani for local food and the fish and chips at Santa Marina was excellent. Lovely villa. Owners and property management very helpful. Gardens and pool wonderful to relax in and listen to the birds. Shops resturants and beeches very nearby. If you want to venture further jump on a bus it's a few euros. My mum is now converted to villa's.

Spent 10 night's in St killians villa. Homely and comfortable inside. Outside has swimming pool and a fabulous bbq we used several times. Eating outside in the lovely garden, peaceful and tranquil, just what was needed after fun filled days of boat trips buggy safari and parasailing. Situated near to a strip full of restaurants to cater for everyone's tastes. Highly recommended the salad Thai restaurant. This holiday is definitely one of the best we have had and already looking at next year to get back after a day at home. Lot's of memories to take home. 5 of us stayed at St, Killians for 11 nights in September and we all had a fantastic time. Inside the villa is a good size ,very clean and comfortable whilst outside there is ample room with a great pool to cool off in when it gets to hot. There is also plenty of shade around the villa along with comfortable seating and dinning areas. The villa is also in an excellent location for supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Communications with the owner (Herbert) before and after booking were excellent . We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would definitely stay again if visiting Coral Bay.

What an amazing Villa in a fabulous location! The owners of the villa and the management company were so accommodating they went above and beyond for us. The location is great lots of restaurants with large menus and something to suit everyone. Cannot wait to return again soon. Thank you Georgina and Herbert x

The villa is exaclty as described in the description. We wanted a villa with a pool, 3 bedrooms, air con, walking distance to the town, english TV and WiFi (for the kids). It ticked all the boxes. A real home from home, clean, reasonably modern with thought gone into the amenities provided. (sandwich toaster, water filter tap etc) Contact was prompt from Herbert and his management team, and a big thank you for allowing us to have a late checkout, it made our late flight home more bearable. I would definitely recommend you to hire this villa for your hoidays.

Myself and my husband had a 10 day stay in this lovely villa which was home from home. It was literally minutes away from the shops, bars and restaurants and a little further to the beach. The pool is excellent and very welcome after a hot day's sunbathing on the very comfy sunbeds. Extra thank you for the late check out which was extremely helpful and made our holiday that extra special. I would definitely recommend the villa and would book again

We have just arrived back after spending two weeks at St Killians Villa. This was our second visit and we throughly enjoyed our time there once again. The pool has been renewed and is gorgeous with lovely walk in steps down into it. There is a lovely new bbq (although we didn’t get to use it as ran out of evenings)! And also new furniture on the patio area which is very comfortable to sit on. Just need some fans under the roof space to make me totally comfortable as it was soooooo hot under there in the evenings. Very comfortable villa with absolutely everything you can ask for there. Very well situated for the coral bay strip. It’s less than a 5 minute walk and literally 2 minutes from your 1st bar. Can’t wait to visit again. I would also recommend the Meet and Greet with Andrew. He is a lovely man and full of knowledge for the island. Thankyou so much Herbert and Georgina for letting us use your wonderful holiday Home.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful 2 weeks staying in this fabulous villa. Great location, very quiet and it has stunning sea views from the balcony. We found everything at the villa we could possibly ever need and more. The outside area was our favourite we barbecued and ate outside most evenings. Pool was excellent had just been relined and walk in steps added, on an evening the water changed colour due to LED lighting which looked amazing. Pool was cleaned twice a week, tues and Fridays. We used the meet and greet from Andrew when we arrived who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us good recommendations for local boat hire. St Killians is 2 minute walk up to the strip which was fantastic with great shops, bars and restaurants. No car required as local hopper bus runs from Coral Bay to Pathos every 10 mins and only costs 1.5 euro. Local supermarket which is like Lidl will drop you and your shopping off free of charge what more could you ask for. The whole family would go back in a heart beat, Thanks Herbert
