Apartment Diana is positioned well on this 2009 completed Complex and offers 4 good size Swimming Pools, Baby Pool and a Gym for the more athletic! There are shrubs and small trees throughout the Complex mainly surrounding the Pool areas, with plenty of sunbathing spaces for those seeking relaxation and wishing to soak up the Mediterranean Sun!! This is a second floor Apartment with a very generous balcony, sea facing and looks over one of the sparkling Pools. Enjoy Alfresco dining whilst watching the sun go down with the gentle sound of the church bells in the background.
The Complex is ideally located with being in easy reach of all amenities for those not wishing to hire a car. If you do however hire a car it will allow you to see so much more of this beautiful Island!

The lovely Diana apartment
Another three weeks spent in the lovely Diana apartment, this apartment is very clean and comfortable, the welcome pack was most welcome as we had a late arrival, also the small detail of a small table lamp being left on for our arrival was appreciated.
The location is great also the added bonus of car parking underneath and a lift for those that can’t carry heavy suitcases, we have stayed here before and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Well equipped and managed apartment
We booked this apartment after a recommendation from a family member, and were very impressed with it. The apartment is situated in a great location - close enough for a very short drive to the main tourist areas and beaches, but not noisy - and was well equipped with everything we needed (WiFi, TV, Aircon, a nice (and clean) kitchen/bathroom), and more! Alan was a great host in terms of communication, clarity and general helpfulness, and we'd highly recommend this for a Paphos stay.

Lovely apartment in a good location .
We stayed in apartment Diana for the second time and enjoyed it as much as the first time we stayed. The apartment is clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The apartment is in a convenient location on a nice complex which is also well maintained with plenty of parking spaces if you hire a car. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return for a third visit .

Always amazing
Another fantastic stay at Alan's wonderful apartment, and as ever it was perfect. Such a beautiful and well kept property on a lovely small complex with all the amenities you could want.
So much to do here with Paphos Harbour with its many bars and restaurants and many beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We come here every year and to be honest wouldn't stay anywhere else. Book in confidence

Our best family holiday yet!
If you are looking for an apartment in Paphos, look no further. We have just spent the best 10 days here. The apartment is spacious (2 adults, 3 children). It was so clean, balcony was great, air con fabulous. Also the little touches like welcome pack/extensive booklet about the area were much appreciated. All towels, pool & bath were included. Kitchen was great and packed with all the bits you'd need for self catering, although I was feeling lazy so we ate out most nights. We were in walking distance to harbour and there are a few shops close by. We had takeaway from the tasty lounge one night which was lovely and great prices (5min walk)
We could drink the water, so no lugging bottles back from the shops which was a huge plus too!
We had a great time by the pools (choice of 4) nearly always to ourselves and always clean and tidy everywhere. The complex itself is well maintained. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this place really exceeded my expectations. Nice chilled out vibe.
We did hire a car through alamo £260 for the 10 days, easy peasy and meant we got to explore a bit...although did see plenty of buses around too!

Apartment Diana
This is a beautiful apartment with everything you need during your stay, it certainly is like home from home.
You are spoilt by the choice of pools available, we chose the pool nearest to the apartment.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, bread and other essentials had been left for our arrival, which was great after travelling for so long, thank you.
Alan had left a book of clear to follow instructions for electrical equipment, and also leaflets for places of interest to visit.
I really enjoyed my stay at apartment Diana.
Thank you Alan for your hospitality, your apartment is beautiful.

Excellent experience
Excellent apartment. Clean, spacious and very well equipped. The complex was well cared for and all the 4 pools were easily accessed. The process from booking through to arrival was flawless with all the information arriving as promised. The main town of Paphos was a short walk away and there were several small convenience stores around the corner from the complex. The locals were so welcoming to us and everyone was helpful. A beautiful country to visit.

Amazing !!
Very nice apartment. My stay in the Diana two-bedroom apartment in Paphos was absolutely fantastic! The inviting atmosphere, modern kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made it a perfect home away from home. Its convenient location near attractions was a huge plus. I can't wait to come back for another memorable stay! The apartment management is very cooperative and responsive to any request you may have. I highly recommend it.

Another fabulous stay
We have stayed at Alan’s fabulous apartment on a number of occasions and always look forward to returning. As always the apartment was spotlessly clean, great for couples or families it is a real home from home with everything you could possibly need. Situated in a great location, perfect for either a quiet night in or a drink on the balcony watching the sun go down before heading out for a cocktail or 2 and dinner in one of the amazing restaurants in the picturesque harbour area just a short walk away. Highly recommended you really can’t go wrong! Book with confidence and enjoy.

Excellent apartment for couples of families
Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, it really was a home from home, there re 4 pools on the complex and that are cleaned every day.
Alan could not have been more helpful, he kindly arranged for our airport transfer to and from the apartment, the taxi driver "Panicos" was brilliant and gave us lots of information.
Alan also allowed us to stay on an extra couple of hours on the leaving day so that we didn't have to wait outside with our cases.
We found nothing to cause us any concern and would not hesitate to rebook here on any further holidays to Cyprus.

About the neighborhood
The apartment is on a peaceful Complex with the added benefit of only being a short walk from anywhere. There are 2 mini markets just around the corner, a vegetable, meat and fish market also close by and the Pathos Mall with supermarket only 5 minutes by car. <BR><BR>Restaurants and Tavernas are close by on the Tombs of the Kings road, with the the Tombs of the Kings site dating back to 4th century BC. The Harbour, no more than a 20 minute walk is dotted with shops, restaurants & cafes, plenty of night-life for the young in their own area in Bar street, and sights of interest such as the Mosaics and 13th century castle. Pathos town is but just a stones throw away with lots of back streets to follow, stopping to enjoy a drink in one of the local tavernas or visiting the market for lace and leather goods. <BR><BR>The municipal beach is less than 5 minutes by car, or a 20 minute stroll away with cafe, sunbeds and water sports including para-gliding! If wanting to keep the kids busy, try the Paphos water park with many slides and activities or the karting track for all ages and experience, both close by. <BR><BR>For golfers you can try out Aphrodite Hills, Tsada or Secret Valley 18 hole golf courses, all within a 30 minute drive. What makes your holiday even more enjoyable is the mediterranean climate. Cyprus is bathed in sunshine over 300 days a year, with average temperatures from 85-100 F in the summer months and between 60-70 F the rest of the year. <BR><BR>Driving is made easy with road signs being in both Greek and English and driving on the left hand side of the road. The Cypriot people are very warm and friendly with a genuine love of children, family being a core element in their culture.

Paphos International Airport is only a 20 minute drive from the Apartment, and Larnaca is a 75 minute drive. Car hire is available at either Airport, alternatively we can arrange transfers using a local Taxi service or you can make your own arrangements using one of the Airport Taxis.
