Best apartment I’ve booked. Alan’s apartment was spotless and had EVERYTHING you will ever need, Thank you for the welcome pack and arranging our transfers (€55) correspondences was always answered promptly. Alan also provided full details of the apartment and there was information in the apartment regarding restaurants, boat trips and transport, buses are easy and very cheap. No issue’s whatsoever, we loved everything about it. Great location, 20 mins walk to the harbour. This is our 1st visit to Paphos and we really enjoyed it. Pambis was a lovely local restaurant if you don’t fancy a walk to the harbour, you guessed it there are details in the apartment. Thank you Alan, we hope to return next year.

We really enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely apartment,it was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The complex was as described with 4 pools. We hired a car for the duration and even though there are no designated parking spaces we had no problem parking. I would like to thank Alan the owner for his flexibility with our checkout due to a very late flight time. We would certainly hope to book apartment Diana in the future.

We have just spent 3 lovely weeks at Alan’s apartment. Alan is an excellent host and communication with him has been spot on since the very start. Before we flew, he very promptly answered all of our questions and adhered to any of our requests (such as hiring of a baby cot and high chair; booking us an airport transfer; and allowing us to stay in the property until our flight time). We also really liked the welcome pack (emailed and in the property) which had lots of useful information. The apartment itself is spacious, was very clean when we arrived, and has everything you need and more for your self catering holiday! Alan has ensured that the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and the apartment has lots of extras like card games, a play station, sun umbrellas and chairs for the beach, cool box etc . There are 4 pools to choose from - which has been great when looking for shade or sun at different times of the day. We have enjoyed meeting the more permanent neighbours and holiday makers around the pools. The location of the apartment is good - being set in a quieter neighbourhood compared to Kato Paphos. You can walk to the harbour area / beaches / main restaurants in about 20-30 minutes (depending on the heat and if you have children in tow!!!) and either Paphos Mall or the proper town centre in about 30-40. There are a couple of smaller kiosks nearby for essentials but I would recommend the bigger supermarkets if you are after a proper shop. Overall, a great stay for someone looking for an easy, relaxing self catering holiday.

The stay in Alan's apartment was exceptional and I recommend it to everyone who comes to Paphos. The apartment is extremely clean, well equipped and very good located. You have everything you need in the apartment for a perfect holiday. Fantastic sunset views from a balcony. Loved everything about it. The communication with apartment management and owner was flawless, all the instructions was clear and straight forward. Thank you so much for a warm welcome. This is a place to come back.

The apartment is a 20 minute walk to the harbour and lovely coastal walks. There are plenty of restaurants and bars, also plenty of nightlife if required. The apartment is on a pleasant complex with an information centre which was of great help when we wanted to hire a car. There are 4 pools to choose from for swimming and sunbathing. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very well equipped with everything one needs.

A well stocked apartment, clean and tidy with all the added extras to make your stay enjoyable. Plenty of picnic ware and beach chairs etc if you wanted to be more independent. Away from the hubbub of downtown but only a short walk to beach or bars if required. Plenty of parking. Really enjoyable time.

We stayed in this apartment for one week in October. There was only two of us, but this apartment has two big bedrooms and two bathrooms, so there is easily space for a larger group/family. This apartment is immaculate. Everything is clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable, two powerful showers, large balcony and well equipped kitchen. There are several pool areas, all very clean. The apartment is about a 30 minute walk from Paphos harbour or there is a bus stop just round the corner that takes you straight to the harbour for 1.50 Euro. There are two mini markets very close by that sell any essentials that you may need. Alan the owner was really helpful in advance of our stay, giving us lots of useful information and arranging for us to be collected from the airport. When we arrived we had fresh milk, bread and orange juice in the fridge, a really nice touch we thought. Wi-Fi is included and it worked very well, even when we were sitting on the balcony. I would highly recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in Paphos.

Just got back from a great stay in Paphos, and the apartment was amazing, everything you could ask for and more, and all spotlessly clean. So nice to be close to a pool (the balcony overlooks the nearest one) as it was very hot when we stayed. The apartment is close to two mini markets, plus a supermarket in walking distance. The harbour is also in walking distance (about a 15 minute walk), but there is also a bus stop just around the corner, and the 603 bus takes you straight to the harbour. Highly recommend staying here, we had a lovely time, and will definitely stay again.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at Alan’s apartment. We’ve stayed in many apartments in Kato Paphos but this was our favourite. Great location, loved the afternoon sun on the balcony, very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Perfect space for us as a family of five, Alan was both accommodating and helpful every step of the way.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Apartment. Apartment was well equipped and comfortably furnished, nice balcony and plenty of pools to choose from. Whilst there were only two of us the apartment would be plenty spacious for a family. Good location, easy 15 min walk to harbour area and restaurants, also close to main road for access to explore the island.Highly recommeded
