The standard of the apartment was high, with everything well maintained. It is in the centre, and only a 20 minute walk from the old town.

I was a little worried pulling up outside this block of apartments but I need not have been. It was a 2 bedroom on the third floor with a lift, double glazed (it needed to be) and wonderfully air conditioned. It was spotlessly clean, bright and very well equipped and the free Wifi worked well. There was an excellent manual provided and all equipment was user friendly. The kitchen had hotplates and a microwave but no oven or grill. It would be best if you had a car here as the public transport was a bit unknown and if you want to spend time inside the old city walls, it's a good 20 minute walk. There are many restaurant options close by and Debenhams Food Hall is a few blocks away. There is just one car park provided and we were lucky enough to get it. Otherwise there are a few down the street and easy parking on the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner/manager, although she lives off the premises, is very organised and welcoming.

If you are looking for a centrally located, well appointed and comfotable self-catering place to stay in Nicosia - look no further! We have been coming to Cyprus (half business/half pleasure) every year for over 20 years and stayed in accommodation ranging from the Hilton to a traditional mud-brick house in arediou, and these apartments are as good as anywhere we have been. It was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a good sized lounge and kitchen. There were also all the appliances and bits and pieces you would ever need with a parking space right outside the door. Location wise, it is ideal for Nicosia itself, and you can be out in the country within a few minutes. The owners too were extremely helpful and courteous, and with its competitive pricing I would have no qualms whatsoever in recommending it to anyone. Enjoy!

We came across this apartment after a desperate search after our original apartment was awful upon arrival! Lucrezia kindly answered my desperate email and it resulted in us staying in her and her husbands apartment. I have to say both Lucrezia and Nikos are wonderful hosts and have a very warm and welcoming manner. It was all arranged at short notice and they both couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is very stylish and classy, and finished to a very high standard. There is everything contained you could need, and the whole apartment is warm and welcoming. The location is great for Nicosia, but also very easy for travelling to other parts of Cyprus. Both my husband and I were delighted to stay here and would readily return - we would also most definitely recommend this apartment!

We had great service. The appartment had all the amenities we needed and was clean and comfortable.It was central to everything we needed to do in Nicosia. It was great to be able to check in the early hours of the morning with the lock code and no worries about keys. Was a little noisy when the night clubs were busy.

My colleagues and I rented three apartments. All three were equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. They were comfortable, quiet and very well located. The service was excellent. From start to finish everything was handled in a very efficient and friendly manner.

Business accommodation's properties in Nicosia\s city center are outstanding, fantastic and the best you can find. Their flats are completely redone and renovated, beautifully designed, clean, neat and fully equipped. Location is excellent in the middle of the new business center and 5 minutes walk to the old city. Lucrezia is extremely nice, helpful and attentive to your needs. I stayed for 2 weeks feeling at home and happy to come home. I will be back and will refer all my family and friends. This is the best place to stay in Nicosia !!!

This apartment was exactly what we wanted for our vacation in Cyprus. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located, we were close to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions, but it was quiet and private. The owners were most helpful and were readily available when we needed them.

central, convenient, confortable, traffic noise is a problem though, being on a main artery where car races tend to happen most nights...

We stayed at a ?Business Accommodation? Apartment7 for 10 days. The location is extremely convenient, right at the business centre of Nicosia and very close to most trendy cafeterias, restaurants and clubs. It is very cosy, comfortable, pleasant to stay, with all necessary facilities and very clean. At a very reasonable price, the owner is very cooperative and available to assist if and when needed.
