The Terraced House situated within a short walking distance of the village of Xewkija with it's good selection of restaurants and other amenities, very close to supermarkets selling daily fresh products to great wines,beers etc.....

Ta Ferrres enjoy 2 terrace, on the top floor where one can enjoy most part of the island and the other terrace enjoy the pool . It is 10 mins drive away from the capital city Victoria and 20 minutes drive from the Azzure Window at Dwerja Inland Sea which is ideal for diving. Xlendi/Ramla bay/San Blas bay are sandy beaches Marsalforn and Hondoq and are all 15minute drive.

All rates above are for up to 4 persons except from 21 June until the 8 th September rates are for up to 10 persons . Each extra person pays 27 Euros per night per person. 25% booking deposit is required. Full payment on arrival. Refundable damage deposit of approx. 300 Euros. Rentals for long Winter stays, or shorter stays can be discussed with the owner.
