This is your house. You and your family / group are more than welcome! It has 4 bedrooms (all exteriors and sea views), 4 bathrooms (2 en suite), fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat screen TV next to the pool with which it is possible to receive - via satellites - the signal of numerous TV stations. The Wifi signal covers the two floors of the house. It has air conditioning in the living room and in three rooms on the top floor. In the vicinity you can practice many of your hobbies (walking, running, cycling, hiking, gym, diving, fishing, sailing, etc.), as well as playing golf in several fields that you will find about 7 km (in Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise). It has two terraces and barbecue on the ground floor and an additional terrace on the top floor. They can stay up to 9 people, but no more guests are allowed than those originally indicated in the reservation (Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, Protection of Citizen Security). If traveling with children, check with the host. There are security doors available for them, as well as a high chair and a fence for the bed. As there is a swimming pool, children must be supervised by a nearby adult at all times. We decline all responsibility for the breach of this rule. Before entering the swimming pool it is mandatory to shower, as well as to press the button of your circulation pump. Smoking is prohibited, except on the outdoor terraces. Animals are not allowed. Events are not allowed The garage is not available, but there is enough free parking on the street. It is highly recommended not to throw the sanitary towels in the toilet but in the trash, to avoid clogging in the drains (serious problem in the whole island). The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests are committed to respectful behavior with neighbors and avoid doing anything that might disturb them, such as shouting, listening to loud music, etc., especially after 10 pm. About the neighborhood

Playa Honda, is a quiet place, away from mass tourism. However, it has a vibrant social life around the beautiful promenade, which links Puerto del Carmen with Arrecife and Costa Teguise, ideal for cycling routes or for sitting in one of its many restaurants and cafes. Also, in Playa Honda is the Deiland Shopping Center (less than 500 meters from the villa), with many shops, entertainment venues and many more. Playa Honda is strategically located to visit and get to know the rest of Lanzarote, because its situation allows to be in half an hour in the furthest point of an island with countless treasures to discover.

Getting around

It is advisable to have a vehicle with which to enjoy greater independence. If you do not want to drive 400 meters is a taxi rank (which can also be ordered by phone), and 250 meters another buses linking Playa Honda to the airport and other places nearby, including the main Bus Station of Arrecife , from where you can access all the peoples of the island; there are numerous agencies that organize trips and excursions of varying lengths by the most emblematic and even the nearby islands of La Graciosa and Fuerteventura, as well as the rest of the Canary Islands places.
