A brand new house 60m from sea.4-room house 190 m2, modern furnishings: living/dining room 80 m2 with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with double bed 2×90 cm lengjt 200. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). 4 bicycles free of charge ,rent a boat possibility. Roof terace with pergola 40 m2 ,jacuzzi,sunbeds and a table for 8.

Einfach grossartig!

Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und doch diskreter Besitzer, Haus sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, ruhige Lage.... wir haben unser Auto während 3 Wochen viermal gebraucht, dank der Fahrräder vor Ort. Wir kommen garantiert wieder. Besonders empfehlenswert ist eine Bootstour mit einem lokalen Skipper- wir hatten dank Ivo einen herrlichen Tag auf dem Meer.

A relaxing holiday

Everything has been almost perfect, from the property Villa Tea till the owner Ivo. He has been a really nice owner taking care of our holiday there. The Villa is even better than the pictures on the web. It has a really huge ground floor with large living room with well-furnished kitchen. Three bed rooms with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower and laundry space and 1 small bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a nice garden while the quite large terrace on the upper floor displays a comfortable Jacuzzi and a big table under a gazebo where to have dinner with friends. Due to these comforts we spent long nights on the terrace eating (very good and professional the gas BBQ) and drinking with friends. We really appreciate the villa itself and the owner attention to detail. We had also 4 bikes to our disposal. Recommended.
