Love to stay in this place. So peaceful and alots of birds in the early morning.. Not far away from the beach or town. Great location.. Looking forward to stay again.. The only problem we have is the mugs and the glasses in the cupboard not been wash probably.. I have to wash everything again before use. Some of them u even can see the finger print and coffee stain on it.. Other than that all good and clean..

Thanks for the great review Rowena. That's terrible to hear about the mugs and glasses. We personally inspect houses after cleaning, before guests go in so we'll be even more thorough. Thanks again.

Tranquility - away from it all!
I stayed three nights at Down Time. As I was visiting family in Margaret River, I spent little of the day hours at the house. I did see a Kangaroo in the front garden, who seemed quite inquisitive, but did not stay too long. Just long enough for a quick photo through the glass doors.It was early morning, and quite a surprise (for me mostly).
Down Time is very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished and set up with all you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The bedroom is quite a squeeze for the large bed that occupies the main space in the downstairs area. Having said that, it was just me, and suited my needs for a great nights sleep.
Lounge/family, dining and kitchen lovely and very modern.
Recommend a stay, especially if you want the peace and bush setting that it offers.

Excellent
A lovely hideaway not far from either town or beach.
Beautifully presented, once we followed the instructions tvs was great.
Only used downstairs bedroom but upstairs was lovely and handy having an upstairs toilet for during the night.
Outdoors is quincentennially aussie bush, kangaroos came each evening and birds galore.
Ideal place to sit back and relax.
Kids would love the outdoors to run around in but older people the quiet and relaxation.
