Located in Palm Mar, complex San Remo.
San Remo was built in 2010, has two swimming pools, tennis courts. Supermarket Guay is in the next building, only 1 minute on foot. The complex is quiet and large, with lots of trees, plants etc. Great quality of the apartments leaves no chance for disappointment. Easy access to the complex from the main street (avenida Palm Mar). Palm Mar is a small quiet town, hence the good fall-asleeps at any time of the day.

Wonderful place!
"Location exactement conforme à l'annonce, piscine superbe (bien qu'un peu fraîche en avril), ville très calme et à un saut de puce de l'agitation de Las Americas, petite supérette ultra pratique quasiment au pied de l'immeuble, vue magnifique sur la mer, et surtout (le plus gros point positif de cette location): une propriétaire adorable et pleine de très bons conseils pratiques sur l'île! Merci pour ces 10 jours de douceur de vivre!"

Appartement, pareil au descritif sur l' annonce, tout confort cadre merveilleux, commerce et restaurant a porté de pas. Le calme et la tranquilité sont au rendez vous. Surtout n'hésitez pas à louer une voiture pour découvrir l'ile car elle regorge de paysages magnifiques.

Tout est parfait
Cet appartement correspond à 100% au descriptif. La vue est même plus belle que sur la photo. La terrasse est très agréable car spacieuse, bien aménagée, avec des sièges confortables, et la vue reposante. Quartier très calme, donc pas de nuisances sonores. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Rien ne manque en cuisine, les literies sont excellentes, et la décoration de bon goût. Une supérette bien achalandée se trouve à proximité. On peut s'y rendre à pieds. Il y a également une très grande piscine bien entretenue et les relax ne manquent pas pour faire du farniente. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et nous sommes prêts à retourner dans cet appartement avec plaisir, car nous nous y sommes bien sentis.

Great value apartment with lovely swimming pool
The apartmentis modern with all the mod cons, it has a great location with a beautiful view on the sea.Location is great, you will need a car if you want to visit the isle.The balcony is great with good seating area and relawing area.The bed in our room was very comfortable.The bathroom is clean. The kitchen well equipped with a great oven and grill and most importantly a big fridge to keep your drinks and weekly shop in.
There were no bugs.The owner Jasmine was most helpful, and his onsite manager Renato was available if need.

fantastic holiday
Well I would just like to say we had the most fantastic holiday,
The apartment is out of this world it has absolutely everything you need . There is a super modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need including a good sized fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine .
Most definitely the best outside space in the whole residence overlooking the sea and no rushing to get sun beds in the morning. The location of the residence is fab and you can walk to many bars and restaurants.
We have been to Palm Mar many times and I think this is one of the best apartments because of its amazing sea view and location. Would definitely recommend it

Home from home fab loved it.
This was such a lovely place to stay and so cost and homely.it was spotless and tidy and the most comfortable double bed I have yet slept in tenerife. All beds normally single beds this one wonderful. The owner was so friendly helpful real gent and met us made sure we were comfortable and anything we wanted was there.this is so far best holiday place for service promptness and clean and ho.e from home would definitely recommend staying hereto anyone.

Una estancia perfecta, altamente recomendable
Hemos estado en Palm Mar en "Puestas del sol y vista mar" para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi pareja, y se han dado todas las condiciones necesarias para que sea un viaje inolvidable, era el primer viaje que hacíamos en familia, con nuestra bebé de 8 meses y ha sido muy buena opción la de elegir este alojamiento.
En esta ocasión, por ir con la pequeña, yo era mucho más exigente que en cualquier otra, Jasmine la propietaria ha satisfecho con creces todas mis expectativas.
El apartamento está dotado de todo lo necesario tanto para la pareja como para familias, bebés, etc.
Disponiendo de 2 juegos de toallas por personas, menaje de cocina completo, cuna, trona para la niña, todo lo que necesitábamos para pasar 7 días.
Hay que resaltar la limpieza impecable de todas las estancias del apartamento.
Renato el gestionador es una persona encantadora, desde que llegamos se preocupó porque estuviéramos cómodos y todo fuese perfecto, ofreciéndonos alternativas de salidas, restaurantes, etc.
Sin duda, ha sido una estancia muy agradable! Y estamos deseando repetir, la próxima vez con la familia, para que también disfruten de ese entorno

Lovely stay in Palm Mar
Just returned from lovely weeky at this lovely property in Palm Mar. A home away from home all our needs were catered for.
On arrival we were met with a lovely bottle of red and a view of a sun filled sky looking on to the sea. The property was clean and had all necesaties and the free WIFI meant I could catch up with things back home / online.
We rented a car and travelled over the island but enjoyed that there was just a 10 minute drive to Los Cristanor / Las Americas.
Overall lovely week away at a lovely property, would definately stay again!

A few meters from the apartment you will find supermarkets, banks, Pal Mar is situated 10 minutes drive from the main attractions of lively areas of Los Cristianos y las Américas: Scuba diving, visit the dolphins and whales, sea fishing, surfing, sailing, windsurfing. Golf courses, horse riding, karting, mountain biking, parasailing, jet skiing, quad .... Pubs, dance halls, jazz clubs, casino. .... From the port of Los Cristianos you can visit the island of La Gomera in under 50 minutesLos Cristianos has five golf courses.There are seven golf courses in total across Tenerife and there two new ones on the way!
With the all year round weather no wonder it has become one of the top destinations for a golfing holiday!

The apartment is 20 minutes from the airport. South Reina Sofia.
It is easily accessible as 500 meters from the main highway (TF1) that connects the island.
There are buses near the apartment and a taxi rank.
There’s no better way to celebrate a special occasion than with a relaxing beach holiday. Bring the whole family, getaway with a group of friends or make it a romantic retreat. Whatever the trip, spoil yourself with wonderfull holiday at home with all the home amenities you’re used to.
