Fantastically positioned holiday bungalow in Los Dolses, Villamartin, overlooking conservation area of trees and gardens.
Beaches, Restaurants, bars, cafes, 3 golf courses and LaZenia mall, all only within 5 to 15 minutes by car.
The bungalow is a two bedroom apartment, one double with en suite with shower and one twin with separate bathroom with bath and bidet.
Large lounge with dining table and leather suit with sliding doors to same level sun terrace and the upper sun terrace.
SatelliteTV, WiFi, DVD (with DVD film collection) and music centre.

Long awaited return to Casa Del Sol.
Have just spent a great 3 weeks at Casa del Sol. We used to come here 2-3 times a year but the pandemic and illnesses have meant that this was the first time since 2019 that we have been able to return.
The improvements that have been made - new kitchen units, white goods, work tops, new dining table and chairs, new furniture in the bedrooms- have added to what was already a comfortable and well appointed property.
Relaxing on the large sun terrace was as great as we remembered it to be and was the tonic we needed.
Sometimes revisits don't live up to the memory, but that was certainly not the case here.
A mention also for the owner Peter, who was as helpful and accommodating as always.

Great Apartment
This is our 10th visit in the area and this is one of the best we have stayed in. The apartment was super clean and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. The two terraces are big with plenty room for sunbathing and outdoor dining and very private and quiet.
We will be back.

Little Briton
Bungalow could not fault. Bed and bedding seen better days. Resort far too like Benidorm. Could not find any authentic Spanish food. Nearest placed to eat Spanish food was the Repsol petrol station.

Pleased you enjoyed our bungalow. We pride ourselves on a quality stay.
All bedding has been replaced.
Like Benidorm. That’s unfair to a great 12 month family area.
Only 1 high rise hotel, (Benidorm has at least 100). No hen/stag parties, 100% family resort. Great golf courses and beaches and Mediterranean restaurants to choose from. A great area for the family to relax and enjoy fabulous weather

Fabulous week in Los Dolses.
Our second visit to this beautiful apartment and it did not disappoint.
Good bathrooms with excellent hot water. Really good location, Los Dolses bars and restaurants are really up and coming. Easy walk to Rioja centre with more good restaurants and bars.

Fantastic house/location
Week away for half term, the house has loads of inside and even more outside space, every facility you could want, excellent views and great location for Villamartin Plaza, La Zenia Boulevard and several beaches.
Thanks to Roy and Lynda for there assistance throughout.
Would definitely book again.

Stunning apartment
My husband, daughter and I stayed here last summer and we absolutely loved it! We have been staying in Los Dolses for the past 11 years now, and stayed in a variety of both villas and apartments, and it says a lot about this particular apartment when we say it really was one of the best.
The views in particular over the park, were stunning and so peaceful, we particularly enjoyed having our morning coffees,watching the parrots fly past in the trees. The outdoor space is incredible, and catches the sun all day'night. In fact, the photos don't do it justice - it was much bigger than we expected.
We did not use the upper terrace much, but it had a lovely seating area, and washing line etc.
The apartment itself was spacious, decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need whilst on your holiday.Also the welcome book was really handy with all the instructions on how to work the washing machine, TV etc.
The location is perfect, it's a nice quiet area, close to the Los Dolses commercial centre/supermarket. The shared pool is fantastic, we have stayed in an apartment (opposite actually) that also shared this pool in August 2017, and like then, we found we had it to ourselves quite a lot of the time. It only really got busy much later in the afternoon.
The only minor moan came from our daughter because she had to walk to the pool ( yes we eye rolled too) but if that's the only gripe from a teenage girl, that's not too bad!! Highly recommend the Chinese, and the italian Mateo.s in the Los Dolses commercial centre for food, absolutely delicious and very reasonable.
Peter the owner could not have been more helpful, answering all my questions, and even sorted airport transfers for us.
We are hoping to come back again very soon, thanks to Peter for the use of your stunning holiday home!

Great holiday property!
Ideally located for local amenities and attractions this property IS as good as it is described. It has a great outlook from the sun terraces at the back onto a conservation area. Supermarket, bars and restaurants all within an easy walk yet the property is in a quiet area, which makes it so relaxing to stay here. Beach about 3 kms away.
We have been coming here for a number of years now, and have all ready booked for 3 holidays here next year. Thats how much we enjoy it and we think others will enjoy it too.

Yet another great stay!
Stayed for the whole of June. We keep coming back to this property because it is so good. It is in a great location and has a very nice outlook from the sun terraces. Handy for local amenities and the beach (by car preferably). The owner Peter is great to deal with and we would certainly recommend this property to anybody.
